Fair, but the Senate is a bit of a tricky thing and if the faggots start getting rustled, he'll have a tough time.
Also Energy can easily be replaced. Jill is kind of just there as a meme who I think would eventually bend the knee and make a good compromise with all forms of energy. Who knows though.
