Best can mean a lot of things, user. Best for this or that type of mission, best for promoting the dream, best for punching above their weight, the coolest or my favorites.
I'd argue that

would probably be the most iconic lineup. I don't think this particular iteration ever existed, though.
As for the best actual team? Extinction, hands down. Strongest by far, led by Rigthclops at his Rightest, incorporates former bad guys (Emma, Danger, Juggs, even Magik and Namor to an extent) so more likely to be pragmatic in combat, everyone was a powerhouse, and it had great character interactions.
The only flaw is that it didn't have Rogue, who would have fit well thematically as a reformed brick.
