I really enjoyed the characters and the way they interacted, I thought that the action was really exciting, and (yes, I'm not trolling) I enjoyed the more subversive elements of the plot and character arcs.
I thought TFA was meh/alright and really couldn't get into Rogue One. The atmosphere was cool but I just couldn't care one bit about the characters or plot.
