>Bolin should be something respectable
keep dreaming fuccboi, never gonna happen

Nope. He’ll just be a feel-good centrist neoliberal who expects fascists to get along with everyone else.

He'd be like a actually well intentioned Trump that could melt the opposition.

Ehhh I think Mako should be a political figure, Bolin tries too hard to make people okay with each other and keeps the peace at a table. You need to be ruthless and also smart on what you were doing. I think Mako would be a better person entirely for the job but he might fuck up either way.

Mako should be his adviser/security detail.

I was very surprised when Bolin didn't end up a constitutional Earth King at the end of Korra

I feel like being able to single handedly level a building would cause problems in modern society.

Like the Terminator guy?

Bolin seems to be pretty unique.

>50 years pass since LoK
>the world is on a brink of a real World War 2, as the tech now is something akin to WW2 earth and Rise of Legends
>Bolin is now a member of the White Lotus
>Bolin discovers that Korra fucked with the entire balance by staying on the Spiritual realm, making both realms suffer.
>the Universe and Creation itself reacts creating a new Avatar born from the Earthbones itself
>This Avatar was born in the same way as the God Emperor of Mankind, unifying the harmony of all elements itself
>Mako ends up dead by one of Korra's insane tantrums, kick starting the entire conflict
>Korra goes full Injustice supes and puts the entire world on its knees, she becomes what she hated most that is Amon.
>it falls down to the Last Avatar to bring balance and restore peace.
>the Last Avatar's journey is mix of Mushishi and ATLA Book 3
>Old Bolin is now voiced by Simon Templeman youtube.com/watch?v=JCZtK5d-s0k

Here is a list of Bolin's accomplishments:
-Assisted the Avatar in saving Republic City
-Defeated and captured the President of the company who was funding the Equalist Movement
-Professional Pro-Bender who made to the Final Round of the Pro-Bending League
-Founder and Owner of his own Pro-Bending Team
-Ex-finance to the Princess (Later Queen) of the Northern Water Tribe
-Saved the First President of Republic City's life
-Is the first Movie Actor and world famous for it.
-Assisted the Avatar in saving the world from an Evil Spirit and the Dark Avatar
-Is the world's only known Lava Bender
-Currently dating the heir to the City State of Zhou fu, an airbender, the granddaughter of Toph Beifong, and an inheritor to the Beifong fortune
-Assisted the Avatar in defeating a world-wide anarcho-terrorist organization.
-Fought in the Earth Kingdom Civil War and assisted in unifying the state.
-Became a high ranking officer in the Earth Nation as one of Kuvira's Diplomats and member of the General Staff/Board.
-Relayed important intelligence to Republic City after defecting from the Earth Nation
-Assisted the Avatar in defeating the invading Earth Nation
-Became a cop to Republic City in less than a month.
-He did all this at the age of 16-19 years old.

The very fact Bolin isn't being used as political propaganda or he hasn't retired to live the rich life is mind boggling.

Interesting points. It would be interesting to see an Avatar go full Injustice.

In all honesty in any other series Bolin would be protagonist tier. But since Bryke are terrible writers Bolin is instead B-list and constantly shit on despite one of the few members in the cast to not catastrophically fuck something up for everyone.

With all the past avatars gone I don't think the avatar state will be strong enough to take over the world for generations now.

>expecting decent writing
>from LoK

Bolin doesn't need a security detail, with Lavabending he's arguably the most dangerous bender on the planet outside of the Avatar

>heir to the City-State of Zaofu
Opal isn't the heir, she has multiple older siblings, only one of which joined Kuvira.

"And I'm going to Make Republic City Great Again!"

I always thought the idea of the memories being destroyed with the spirit being damaged was stupid. It's Korras past lives, not the spirits.
