>Useless gag villain gives up on evil altogether, finds legit success somewhere, and gets a happy ending.

aww yeah. Waspinator.

fuck Beast Machines

>Characters are constantly busy and never catch a break
>They finally get to relax, mess around, and be buddies for a bit

>character tries to eat or drink something, constantly interrupted, near the end they finall have a chance, food/drink gets lost/destroyed.

i saw only ONCE plot like that with a happy ending.

>Long-shot, "will never actually happen" fan-favorite ship is made a reality by the creators and isn't just a one-off joke.

Which show was that?

Zell from FF8 did get his hotdogs in the epilogue, at least.

looney tunes, short about daffy at desert trying to get some water, speedy ofers him glass of water for money.

Bonus points if said character BTFOs everyone in a long-winded rant.

an anti smoke Tinny Toons (focused on Babs and a couple of smoker (skunks?)) had this, she was triting to eat her special ice cream

I remember this one, though it wasn't Speedy, just a generic moise.

Daffy finds a big chunk of gold in the desert, but he stubbornly refuses to sell it for water despite the heat. He finally relents at the end, only for a rainstorm to come down immediately after the sale.

>Entire episode is about getting a special item

>Ending is about said item being underwhelming

Find me a show that didn’t do this

>Normally annoying character isn’t annoying for once

>Everybody gets paranoid that they changed

he brushed it off.

based Daffy.

Speaking of transformers I loved how Megatron got controlled and used as an eternal mind slave he said after being made into an unwilling puppet he has lost the taste for conquering. They could have just as easily had him go the predictable route of break free from control and then have him say he is not so easily controlled then be on his merry way

MLP?

spike ate the last gem, no happy ending there either.

I thought you were talking about Dash and the cider.

oh.

totally forgot about that one.

It's okay user; after 7 seasons we're bound to forget about things like those.

i forgot about this show 5 years ago.

Can't blame you; they've been making weird decisions since the season 2 finale. Every single season has been kicking people out until only the most autisitc and the newest ones remained.

s3 was okayish until they killed the protagonist.

They revived her, though. As a demigod.

it's not her, nothing left but a a burned mark on the wooden floor.

Sure it's her. Her soul ascended to the afterlife, which explains all of her memories floating around over there, only to be placed in a new identical carcass with wings and a higher capacity for magical energy.

no fuck the bw crew for leaving a continuity snarl for an ending for the sake of good feels.

yeah leaving waspinator on prehistoric earth would have no consequences on history.

now sky-byte. that's your no problems happy ending

you know what you're right, i never thought about how leaving Waspinator on earth would have some real issues on the timeline.

Waspinator deserved a better ending though.

But don't the little green guys basically worship anyone who can get them some fruit? It wasn't because Petrie was getting his due.
