Because muh nostalgia. There has never been a show more hated than this. Even Johhny Test gets more praise.
TT03 was never that great anyway. The only reason why it got so popular was that is weeabooized a famous american superheroes franchise. The majority of people who really like this show are weebs who never picked up a comic book.
