ok guys. im a bit lost. i put SPOREN on pause and i started production on Y.E.S. my yuri lesbian webcomic... and then i learned the only way to pull it off is tons and tons of well drawn backgrounds which im not able to do. plus drawing a floating highscholl on a giant navy boat is hard... really really hard. so YES is also on pause until a later date.
then i went back to working on FATES CHAOS... yeah no... the stuff i want to do there is to complicated to bring to life. so FS is on pause again.
So then i went to goth grill z... and uh.. what the fuck was i even doing with that comic? well since i was making shit up as i go along i ruined any possibility of continuing the story so i wont. INSTEAD in order to keep goth grillz going, im flipping the canvas sideways, and making it a gag a day comic. there is no way to continue the dumb ass story i was doing with it, so i wont, its no longer a comic book webcomic, but a 3panel joke a day webcomis. sorry guys. its the only way.
SO THEN, i started drawing my magnum opus DEMON FUSE... and although im not talented enough to work on it yet and bring it to life the way i want to... i feel like i should do it anyway and just go back and redraw the pages when i become a legendary art god thats better than every other por comic book artist out there.... right now, im not as good as any pro comic artist, but its my dream to become the best artist alive one day lol. XD

So the industry standard for commissioning comic pages is 60 bucks, right? I'm trying to work it out in my head and it seems like if there's a lot of group shots with 6-10 people that's going to be a lot more than 60 bucks. and this guy wants a LOT of group shots it's what we've all been saying all along. new sketch. This is the father of Emer and Ambe.The original holder of the golden fire armor.
Ambe kills his father and takes his armor and sword because unlike his little brother Emer he was born without the ability to transform into a fire knight of lucifuge. so he killed his father and took his demonic sword and armor for himself.
Also the name of the comic DEMON FUSE doesnt mean they will be fusing with each other like in dragonball z or steven universe. Much like an angel of heaven, or fallen angel of hell. they have a demonic burning halo/third eye they fuse with to transform into fire knights. There weapons are dragon souls that can switch back and forth between swords and weapons. The golden fire sword is the most powerful because it transforms into a behemoth where as Emers green fire sword changes into a green dragon.
also they can fuse with there weapons and explode into giant demons like they did in demon juice at will but in demon fuse they can only do this by fusing with there weapons.
although poeple accuse demon juice of being a power rangers rip off in the past, i step away from that and do something much more original and unique with demon fuse and at the base of the story its like demonic werewolfs with demonic dragon armor and and weapons.
instead of a man becoming a demonic beast in most werewolf stories man becomes a demonic knight. but the concept is the same, a simple man becomes a much stronger and terrifying creature.

see, this is how they looked at the end of demon juice right after i ended it and deleted the webcomic to upload DEMON FUSE in its place, they look nothing like power rangers but since they all have different colored armor people made the comparison any way i have no idea why lol.

also they all have capes now. it gives them a much more serious vibe and will make you look at them less like power rangers and more like the litch king or todd mcfarlens spawn and you will take them much more serious than you probably did in demon juice which i admit did feel a bit like power rangers in some parts even to me.

When should I start drawing my comic? I have the script written in full for the next 25 pages, and an outline of where the story is going, too. I'm worried about starting drawing too early and messing up the overall pacing of the comic. I'm also worried about flanderizing my characters if I work in too short of a time frame.

Flanderizing happens when a character gets boiled down to a few traits that wind up becoming their only traits, if you want to avoid it sit down and make an over-detailed character sheet and always reference it. Fill it in with important things like the motivations, history, ideas, etc. and then fill it with stupid stuff like "would steal a cat in street that they liked", just random facts about your character written like it's a real person. "Manga in Theory and Practice" had some good templates for it

i just now decided i need to change the story around to where kra lucigufe had a harem of woman of different races instead of demon juice story where emer made his own brothers and sisters with an ancient relic that split his soul into several pieces.
that was dumb. this time around they are still brothers and sisters but have different mothers.
emer and ambe have a demon mother, but the others have mothers of different races. suzys mom is a human asian girl, jhonnys mom is a white german girl, billy the red fire knight has a black mom, etc,etc.

I'm working on a small crew of friends of his. They're minor characters whose real appearance isnt for more than the beginning of the story. They're the "friends from the streets" ragamuffin type characters.
Vash- a young, serious. and aggressive kid, a lancer to the protag's relaxed and easy going mentality.
Token- young kid, likes to eat, does whatever his friends tell him to.
Claire- young girl, follows the others around because its safer that way. The world is terrible place for an orphan.
These designs were just hashed together from their general idea. How can I improve them?
