They push the idea that there's nothing wrong with having more people from every race in your country, in your community. They make you learn that people that oppose this are all racists, white supremacists, KKK and they remind you constantly that these people are the main barriers of civil rights.
Young minds are easily malleable. The way they teach it is by using examples of people that did nothing wrong but "just happened" to be a different skin color, people just like you or me, that were harassed, killed and fought against by evil whites. They make it a point to say it was only white people that opposed diversity, it was never any other race. All other races treat each other equally and fairly! It was angry, racist, Republican/Southern whites that opposed integration!
You graduate high school and you think to yourself "well, I'm white but at least I am not a racist, those people are just scum but they're not me." Then you get to college. You "learn" that all whites are like that, even subconsciously. Racism is something only white people can do, and minorities aren't capable of it. These are real ideas that educated, 25+ years experienced professors teach you. You learn it is all your fault that the minorities are being oppressed, even if you yourself or your family or your ancestors didn't do anything. No, it's simply your skin color that's responsible for all of it. It's all your fault.
