The other invincibles storyline was pretty good. At the time it seemed like it was going to be a typical handwave/reset/it was all a dream kind of scenario but they really kept it all in canon, despite the massive upset in the status quo. Didn't really change much in the long run though. This storyline is okay too, thanks to Angstrom being fucking great.
