Full disclosure, not a natural pol browser so this caught me off guard too, but apparently it's a code system that has JUST enough connectivity to be creepy -- connecting world events that shouldn't be connected but we find out later actually are connected. Still -- mostly coincidence.
Until now. It's ENTIRELY too coincidental that a random IT website from Georgia created by the same person who created Rachel Chandler's (Lolita express flier) company, with the filename HelloFriend.svg would have a random cipher that, when plugged in, returns a connection to Mccann, who we have connected to go missing right when Podesta Bros were in Portugal.
