Black panther movie

it was propaganda

if your political opinion was swayed by a fucking marvel movie what the fuck is wrong with you
also, fuck off OP

Is MCU CIA better than Nolan CIA?

lol my political opinion was not swayed.

stay triggered though

it was blaxploitation

Tell me about T'challa. Why does he wear the mask

>the whites are bad because they flooded our neighborhoods with drugs
>in actual history it was the blacks who were 100% against any efforts for treatments and decriminalization
>pudgy white Republicans like Raymond P. Shafer would have paved the way for legalization and regulation if it weren't for the Black Congressional Caucus

Also

niggas hate everything

>whites
>CIA

there are not the same

>blacks were against treatments or decriminalization

you mean gerrymandered districts and liberal placating tricked african americans in to voting for democrats who are traitors to minorities and the working class?

also

black panther movie

>Stood up for what he believed in.
>Goal is to arm the downtrodden
He literally admitted that his plan had no way of succeeding and would only destroy the entire world Wakanda included, his response was "I don't care".

>things that never happened

Serious Question.
Did Killmongers plan actually have a chance at success?
I only have passing familiarity with Black Panther and Wakanda in the comics but could Wakanda actually fight the entire rest of the world?
Granted Wakandas tech is more advanced than anywhere else but they still seem to be a pretty small country could they field the man power necessary to fight that kind of war? Is their tech sufficient to stand up to thee rest of the world ganging up on them?
Can Wakandan force fields stand up to nukes?
Does Wakanda have a nuclear arsenal?

It was when he was detailing his plan to the council, the old lip disc guy said it was shortsighted madness, and he said that he didn't care what happened that he just wanted the rest of the world to pay for what he had gone through.

Ross was pretty transparent about how crummy his organization can be and took a bullet for a total stranger; nearly died helping stop Vobranium weapons from getting out of Wakanda as well

Killmonger killed his own hacker qt gf and started killing folks he was supposed to be leading and protecting

>can wakanda fight against the world

that wasn't what was happening. wakandan tech was going to go to oppressed people so they could defend themselves.

there are still african countries that pay taxes to france. tibet is harassed by china. the u.s. is bullying the middle east. the congo has had a rape genocide by rape squads from rwanda, burundi and uganda funded and armed by the u.s.

>can wakanda force fields stand up to nukes
they'd probably shoot them down before reaching wakanda

>does wakanda have a nuclear arsenal
why does that matter? nukes serve no purpose other than to kill civilians. militaries and leaders can hide underground and not have to die with the consequence of their actions

>rest of the world

that's bad writing. he had specific people in mind to arm with technology. he never said just flood the black market with vibranium

>T'chaka = conservatism
>Killmonger = communism
>T'challa = liberalism

>killed his own hacker qt gf

bad, over the top screen writing. keep in mind the movie humanized him when he drank the purple liquid and reconnected with his father

>why does that matter?
Because I'd imagine having their country irradiated would be a bad thing for anyone?

>but could Wakanda actually fight the entire rest of the world?
Considering Vibranium is Marvel's speedforce what do you think?

>killmonger = exaggerated, propagandized version of communism that hollywood wants you to think communism is

fify

Well the opposition would still have pym particles so...

it wouldn't be irradiated if they can shoot the nukes down before they hit their target

If Killmonger was going to arm the oppressed, then that means he'd arm mutants. Wakanda would win. In MCU, i don't know.

Literally everybody with a brain knows the CIA are real life badguys
Literally everybody with a brain also knows that will never be shown in a movie, just like you won't see a movie where the USA is evil without someone else being to blame, same shit different day OP what kind of revelation do you think you had?

children seeing this movie for the first time do not know that the CIA are bad guys

martin short's character had a supporting role to help the protagonist of the story.

it's propaganda

>Did Killmongers plan actually have a chance at success?
His plan was to arm whoever he thought the "downtrodden" were and let them kill their oppressors.

Maybe some succeed. But I guarantee you one way or another not all the weapons end up in hands he likes, or stay with the people he wants to have them.

>Literally everybody with a brain also knows that will never be shown in a movie

Ross was going to pay Klaue with a big fat case of diamonds. He wasn't the good guy out to stop the black market trade of vibranium, he wanted it so the US could weaponize it. He was gonna let Klaue walk out of there with the pay

>you will never be a CIA agent who helps topple foreign governments to further US interests

>His plan was to arm whoever he thought the "downtrodden"
What does that mean? Only blacks? Was he gonna arm the Yuropoors (Slavs, Meds) or Arabs?

He survived his flight, so he's one up on dynamic hand belt pose guy!

funny how the movie never really discusses that.

>Only blacks?

Anybody who had been a victim of colonialism.

N’Jobu: I’m sorry I turned you into a monster
Erik: so what you’re saying...is that I should kill everybody? Gotcha!

Most of them would turn those guns on each other...

Anyone who believes anything in that pic is an idiot.

Huh.

Uh... So he'd give me guns to shoot Turkroaches? BASED Killmonger! Yeah, Dagos gonna rise up!

But could he stand up to bane?

>Holy shit! The panther goddess has made our king a super soldier with this herb serum!
>you know what would be a great idea? A serum that would rob him of his powers!

Who thought this was a good idea?

"what can we do to make this justified antagonist evil?"

"hey let's have him kill his girlfriend for no fucking reason!"

"that's brilliant! we're so smart for propagandize people hate revolutionaries!"

"ooh you know what else we could do? actually have the CIA agent tell the good guys that killmonger's going to do his job for him only for the oppressed people! normies don't know the difference so they'll see self defense as an evil act!"

it seems like they just as often fuck that up. Look at Iran's history if you want an example.

>justified antagonist
>walks around poisoning and shooting innocent civies straight out of the gate

Killmonger stayed about the same level of impulsive dumbass throughout the entire film mate. You're reading way too much into this.

>innocent civies

they racially profiled him for standing close to artifacts that were stolen from colonialism, one of which he had a right to take back

>"civies"
>museum employees

so are you someone from the military that actually gives a fuck about artifacts? how do you feel about how when the U.S. invaded Iraq it didn't secure the museums and basically the sumerian tablets, the oldest writings in the world were stolen and to be sold to the highest bidder? how much you want to bet some ruling class fucks have some of those tablets in their eagles' nest?

>military veteran with extensive training
>impulsive

more bad writing

I'm surprised that they didn't point out that CIA guy has more confirmed kills than the bad guy. While everyone was hurting each other with pushes, kicks, and energy blasts, this guy was fucking blowing fleeing Wakandans out of the sky. I thought they were going to showcase some amazing Wakandan safety technology to show that he wasn't killing anyone but no, he killed more people than any good guy in that movie.

MCU doesn't have a no kill policy, user. The closest you got is Doctor Strange, and even then only HIM. Civil war causes people to die, everyone knows that.

HE wanted to send shit to Hong Kong where there clearly are not enough blacks to stage any kind of revolt so im guessing he wanted to help all 'oppressed' people

Huh, kewl. For a manlet & a dicklet BLM guy, he's pretty BASED.

They probably had fucking youtube by the time Colombus got to America so yeah, Wakanda alone could pretty much conquer the whole world and nothing can be done about it.

Fuck this thread this user is asking the most important question.

My vote goes to MCU CIA, Ross managed to survive his movie.

Fake Panther and CIA literally worked together though, CIA even describes that he taught Fake Panther how to topple the government in the first place

...

...

>blowing fleeing Wakandans out of the sky.

He was blowing the arms smugglers out of the sky. You know, the people carrying the weapons that would have caused the world to fall into World War III?

>viciously murdered civil rights leaders
Wasn’t Malcom X killed by the Islamic brotherhood? And most civil rights leaders are still around too.

well they did try bombing MLK and then later shot him

Waste of dubs

>They probably had fucking youtube by the time Colombus got to America
I don't think you understand how youtube or even the internet works

which politicians were going to decriminalize crack/cocaine?

> Convinces legions of Black people to buy up all the Black Panther merchandise in retail
> Only person who profits from it is a white Jewish guy; Hasbro's Brian Goldner.

> Movie makes tons of money. }
> White people on top stand to make tons of money

Was it really a victory for black people?

Propaganda would be the white people posting fake stories about white people getting beat up at Theatres after watching black panther

>when some MCU movie is 2DEEP4U

Society profits as a whole. Black Panther stimulates the economy as a job creator. The country gives cut off the taxes and that's more money for the people in a broader term

>legitimate ruler
Black Pander didn't die or surrender

Why did they have to change the cool costume from Civil War to that crap? srly, also the kinetic explosion is gay, this movie was gay

This was Coming to America 2

Also, Lupita Oblongo's Korean is awful

>Black Pander's best friend literally betrays him the second he can't capture armless arms dealer and is offered by the dude who helped him escape
Wtf? srly, wtf?

>Be museum security guard
>Halfway through shift
>Just 4 hours to go until you can go home to your family
>Some guy comes in, looking at the exhibits
>He's talking to the guide woman about one of the artefacts
>Awfully close isn't he?
>In fact she looks kinda scared, is he threatening her?
>That's enough of that!
>"Excuse me sir i'm going to have to ask you to leave"
>Woman collapses
>O shit
>Check if she's okay
>Paramedics come in
>Wait is that a gun?
>Get shot
>As the light fades and your life slips away, you reflect on how much you deserve this for being a white oppressor

Yep. Totally justified

And the way he dressed. Eugh.

>thinking cia guy died

We never found the body, user. He's still out there...

>that pay taxes to france.
It's loans but I see your point.

Why would you stab a man before you threw him off a waterfall?

And at least two Infinity Stones.

They *were* Wakandans though. And simply following orders.

In the Marvel world superheroes are the only weapon that matter, and Wakanda only has one, so no.

They wanted to follow the orders of an usurper even when their true king returned

I've actually wondered about this, what are peoples opinions on the "just following orders" thing? Cause on one hand ultimatly it was Killmongers plan and such, but if you excuse them for just following orders, you open the gateway for other people who were just following orders, but committed horrible atrocities, or aided them.

yeah those dudes in the blue suits with the rhinos and shit were already on board with Killmonger's agenda before he even showed up in Wakanda

>T'Challa, you're my best friend
>Ok, I'll bring this dude
Later
>Damn, I failed, he was rescued by a dude
>I hate you!!! I'll join the dude who rescued the man I wanted you to kill
Srly, what the fuck?

It makes about more sense if you consider that T'challa's father wouldn't have -really- been trying to capture his fathers killer. Because doing so and putting him on trial would have risked having the uncles betrayal and death be revealed.

Tchallas attempt in the casino was probably the first real attempt to capture him. After another failure, it's not crazy to think that his friend smelt more coverups.

That said, Wakanda has some old-school practices. Maybe failing to keep a solemn promise immediately puts you on the bottom of the shit list.

/thread

And he joins the dude who helped Claw escape? makes no sense

I feel like you've never met anybody who's been in the military longer than one enlistment.

>Spouts about le evil white oppressor and shit
>When it was actually his father that forced that life on him
He could have been royal in Wakanda but the father wanted to be a guetto nigger

>the congo has had a rape genocide by rape squads from rwanda, burundi and uganda funded and armed by the u.s.
This is justified, only Rwanda can lead africa

>It's another "lets kill the most important villains of this dude" movie

>be Killmonger
>give advanced weapons to blacks to kill their oppressors
>blacks kill each other with it instead
Poetry

>the man who literally had the same plan as Hitler, but replace ubermensch with black people
>a good guy

Get out with your Sup Forums shill bullshit, fucking racist poop pants.

Wrong

Yes, op skills fuck off
