This is RGB from The Property of Hate, a beautifully illustrated webcomic about...well, it's mostly just RGB talking to the protagonist and being dapper, it's rather challenging to contextualize and it seems to be aimless, but charming. Certainly worth a look.

He is the best and I would have opened the thread with him were that not a guaranteed way to bring the wolves in and get it deleted.

A student film about characters with objects for heads.

Posting the best absolutely best objecthead.I hope he shows up in season two of the new show so he gets new fans.

And more porn.

>its summertime
>and you know what that means
>gonna head down to the beach
>gonna do some bitchy things

I've been meaning to read this, it looks amazing.
Very nicely done.
I adore him. I love the Amazon Tick, but I'm rather upset with them for not bothering to include him in season 1, primarily because it took them an extra year to release the second half of it.

I've got opinions about how he's written, but Robot from Saga has a very good design imo.

I love his design. I haven't read Saga yet, and Sup Forums doesn't seem to like it much these days.

I thought I was safe after all these years.

Stop right there, criminal scum.
This thread is getting improperly fuckable.

>but I'm rather upset with them for not bothering to include him in season 1
I think the issue is that there's no way to do him without CG/lots of special effects, and considering he's the most requested character so far a lot of fans would be pissed if they messed up something as iconic as his head by taking the cheapest route.

It's hilarious how popular the No More Movie Thief guys are, I've got two books that are essentially pin up photoshoots of varying gayness of them.

I'm not sure if a proper object head can have a regular face, but King Dice is rad.
>this game is more Sup Forums-related than most of what Sup Forums talks about now

I have a figure of the camera man, these two are fantastic.

>I think the issue is that there's no way to do him without CG/lots of special effects, and considering he's the most requested character so far a lot of fans would be pissed if they messed up something as iconic as his head by taking the cheapest route.
Fair, but they also used quite a lot of CG that nobody asked for and they didn't really need, namely the Very Large Man. They might have felt they had to kind of build up the zaniness to the point where a man with a chair for a head can be accepted by the new audience, too. I have faith that they'll bring him around this time.

Fuck it, my Courier in Fallout New Vegas, the closest thing to original content I can offer.

Word to the wise, don't.

He and his family is treated like crap in the comic, and there's a good chance it's because of a spiteful author who doesn't like his popularity. And I'm not being ironic, he and some other character got really popular and you can tell how popular they got by the amount of random suffering and characters telling them they're shit and 'not the main characters of their story' they are after a gradually amount of volumes later. He's basically dragged everywhere and through the mud just because. While the main characters and author's pets get off Scott free.

It's a shame he never took on a form like this, seeing how popular it was and how it's very much within his power.

That's really disappointing to hear. I guess I should expect this kind of immaturity from professionals now.

...

It would also be great if Edlund & co were trying to come up with a way to introduce him that wasn't him craving his name on the moon. It's a great moment, but it would be the third time it's done.

Agreed wholeheartedly. I'd like for them to reference it, just not basing a whole thing around it. I watch that episode of the cartoon every year on my birthday. I hope they keep his bizarre henchmen, too.

These lovelies were in Over the Garden Wall's development and pilot, but didn't make it to the series proper, unfortunately.

...

It's a shame I don't have more ladies to match all these gentlemen.

How would I kiss her? What a conundrum.

I'm torn on his henchmen because while I find hilarious that they found appropriate to give Chairface a living, breathing human being as a birthday gift, it bugs me how essentially they're all about as deformed as him yet everyone gives Chairface the most shit about his head.

Does FLCL count?

THOSE FUCKERS!

That is curious. Thinking on it, they probably won't be able to afford depicting exotic henchmen.

I don't actually care if it's Sup Forums or not, so, sure.

thanks /aco/

Oh, god damn it. Is there an uncensored one to link?

Bless you.

I think in order of how easy to portray them would be while still being recognizable it goes Chromedome > Forehead > Dean > everyone else.

Sounds about right. Chromedome's the best. They really did change a lot, but I really love the idea that Tick is Arthur's tulpa, in part because I really can't imagine him having any other facet of his life beyond the superhero identity anyway.

>Arthur's tulpa, in part because I really can't imagine him having any other facet of his life beyond the superhero identity anyway.
oh fuck you.
Tick's backstory/identity has always been mysteriously vague for comedic purposes. Both in the comics, the cartoon and the old TV show he appears out of nowhere and starts to defend the city "just because"
Giving him backstory is destroying the foundation of the character.

But that "backstory" is the purest possible form of him just showing up out of nowhere and defending the city just because.

Wasn't a fan of how My Stereo Bot ended myself, but I guess any ending is better than being left hanging like so many webcomics nowadays.

Learned the hard way that no ending is better than a bad ending from

Isn't that basically just Flex Mentallo?

...

Is it? I need to read that.

Truly iconic!

> despite everything, Chairface managed to have a son.
I mean, that's more than a lot of people can say.

This thread needs to keep going. More object heads, stat! I could post some OC drawings I made, if anyone's interested...?

Not OP, but I'm always interested in seeing what people come up with!

I am OP, please do!

i get your point

Stupid question, but why do most object-head characters wear suits? For the aesthetic of it or something?

A lot of these are antagonists of some sort, so I guess it's because it looks more imposing?

This and because they don't really look right in casual clothes.

I prefer animal heads

G.O.A.T

>RGB with an actual body
T-THIS IS FORBIDDEN!

>they don't really look right in casual clothes.
Yeah, compare Chairface and Stoolface. Stoolface doesn't even have a damn face and he still manages to look nerdy because he's in a sweater.

I guess that kinda makes sense then

Sorry for shitty phone quality, but this is a inked sketch I did of him in my sketchbook. His name is Lenny, and I can go into more detail about story or summarize if interested...?

He's adorable. Tell me more.

>I could post some OC drawings I made
>OC drawings
The Object heads shtick is already rife with mediocrity, please don't keep dragging in further down.
At least not in this thread.

What do you consider proper? By all means, post it.

This is old art, forgive me;;;
He's a part of a trio of characters for this story I've had for years at this point, but I haven't gotten out of the "stories in my head" phase.

For his personality, he's very goofy and kind-hearted. He has an arsenal of jokes and puns at his side, and he only amplifies them by displaying proper content on his screen. He also cares about many things, especially about the other two characters that are with him. Though he may be a robot, he's very emotive.

For the story... It takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where the rich or lucky live in walled-off cities, and the rest try to survive in the wastelands outside. Government-based secret labs are dotted across the landscape, where drones kidnap people to use as fodder, guinea pigs, scraps, or other inhumane activities. The goals of these labs is advancement in the science and medical fields; Lenny is one such successful advancement. What makes him different from a standard robot is the state of his form. Instead of a pure solid mass, it's a partial liquid, able to move and take shape freely without losing functionality. The purpose of this was to be able to make any mechanical device work, despite missing parts. That's what Lenny's head is; a old, broken computer monitor that he's filled in.

I like him a lot, and great setting.

If that's how the author actually feels, then that sucks, but I never really got the impression that it was.

Then again Prince Robot is my favorite, and as my favorite, I really enjoy him getting put down and going through awful situations (it gives them that underdog feel to them). Maybe it's just the author being a dick with the character out of dislike, but I generally see such things as them paying the character some mind by giving them conflict.

Glad you like it! I should honestly draw him more, but I never get around to it. Maybe I will soon, just to keep the thread alive, ha.

weird to see something i contributed to on here

great zine series btw

I think the issue most of us have is that Robot never comes on top while Alana and Marko do, and they ALL act like he's wrong for complaining about it. If he dies this arc, his whole character arc will have been a downwards spiral that was 99% the protagonist's fault.
