I used to roll cigs when I was smoking so it was costing me 4+1eu for one pack of tobacco (17g) + papers/filters, and that held me for ~3 days. so 10 times a month * 5eu is 50eu a month. I would pay a hell of a lot more if I wasn't rolling my own though, for sure.
Regarding weed, I've been smoking for 5 years every night but not a lot, and I also still have a high tolerance because I rarely go overboard. We also only roll spliffs in Greece since everyone is a poorfag, so I could easily last for a month with 5gs. If the weed is good (and it lately is, thank you good connections) I can put 0.2 on a joint and get btfo.
I do get that I'm the exception about weed though, a good friend of mine always gets angry because we meet up after 2 weeks and I still have some of the same weed to smoke up when he has had to refill 3 or 4 times in the meantime.
