Maybe her charm has rubbed off on me but I don’t think Eclipsa has a crazy plan or evil ambitions or anything. She’s a fish way out of temporal water; right now she has nothing* to live for or work towards. She’s not going to make a mad dash for the throne or anything. She left the throne for her monster husbando, so clearly it wasn’t THAT important to her or anything. I don’t think she has an endgame yet.
*When Eclipsa finds out Meteora/Heinous is still alive and they meet up, that will be a whole other story entirely. Eclipsa herself probably has no endgame, but her purpose in the plot will be to assist Meteora with whatever her vengeance-filled heart drives her to do.
