We're taking mass million loans to fund this and it's just based on 2 years of "no limits, we have space" (this was the policy of both right and left wings).
When these costs transfer down too municipalities it will wipe out several of them.
What does that mean? They need to find millions in their budget to save. Our, grandma, senior home is closing. Out, father, hospital is shutting down. Out, daughter, school is packed up.
