I think it does, just on probability alone. The probability that hundreds of people who care about him and would speak out, and governments that would use his harm as a tool in international politics, is so high, we would certainly hear about it. It would destroy the credibility of the UK, Ecuador, and US internationally.

I am still glad that people are worried and trying to figure out things surrounding this whole issue. Assange is probably the most important person in the world right now and if there is even a hint of something not right with him, we should be panicking, even if it all turns out to be bogus.
