Why excuse did Nazi Germany give for invading the Soviet Union, wouldn't it have suited their own agenda to not break the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, or was Hitler finding scapegoats after his failings in the Battle of Britain, and thought the Soviets had to be removed?

Hitler wanted land and resources. Russia lost WW1 pretty badly and he thought it would be easy pickings. He didn't realize Stalin would scrape together a huge horde of Slavs, Mongols, Turks and other Central Asians to zerg rush him.

Japan didn't have a choice in the matter. The US was enforcing a trade embargo and seizing/freezing all their assets in order to provoke them into war because Roosevelt's family's wealth all came from Chinese Opium.

To be a bit more precise, they lost to the commies because the commies were funded heavily by wallstreet. Without this money, no revolution would have happened. Most of it came from (((Jacob Schiff))) sending it over to (((Max Warburg))) (also head of Germany military intelligence.. having the power to send lenin in a train). Give the money/Gold to (((Lenin))) and send him on his way. Then add (((Trotsky))) to the equation which came with US trained revolutionaries from the US to Canada (arrested in Halifax but let go due to letter from President Wilson) over to Finland into Russia...

When two armies facing each other and both only have offensive plans... the first strike will have a huge impact. In addition, Stalin destroyed all defensive lines for faster mobilization (like the Stalin line) and his many of his armor was designed for war in western europe, i.e. fast tanks where streets were available, unlike in russia itself. When the Nazis invaded, they found literally tons of maps of targets in western Europe but they lacked maps of Poland/Ukraine itself. When the soviets tried to retreat and form defensive lines, they literally didn't know where to go due to the lack of maps/knowledge of terrain and they often died in in impasses.
Having superior armor might be good, but only 1 in 20 tanks had radio, while for the Germans every tank had radio. Having superior communication/strategy is what helped the Germans, just like against France.

see They were running out of time/resources. For a country lacking resources itself, a prolonged war is a death sentence. WW2 was a race against time for Germany, the faster it ends the better.

Building more submarines, destroying all supply ships and force British surrender would have been the way to go (they nearly achieved this in both wars actually).

Because they didn't know how close the RAF was from being defeated. Literally continue bombing the airfields instead of london for a few days would have rendered the RAF mostly useless but instead they thought it to be undefeatable. Problem was, Germany attacked and lost it's pilots over the water/britain and they couldn't handle that forever. 75-80% of airforce losses were on the western front.

That route about "Hitler will run out of bullets before I run out of soldiers" sums it up. Germany was defeated by logistics. This is why the Generals told him to not press on after the initial victories. Hitler believed in his own rhetoric too much.
