Our world is changing. Quickly. Sea levels will rise, species will continue to die off at a cataclysmic rate - and things are going to get much worse if we don't drastically change the way we interact with our environment. If we don't change, our children and grandchildren will inherit a nightmare world.
Donald Trump has chosen Myron Ebell, a paid coal/fossil fuel industry shill, to lead his EPA transition. Myron Ebell opposes conservation of any kind; a prime example being his steadfast opposition to the Endangered Species Act. Both Myron Ebell and Donald Trump believe that global warming is a "hoax". During his campaign, Trump promised to roll back climate regulations.
My question to Trump supporters: Why shouldn't I be worried? Are you worried?
Mason Stewart
What difference, at this point, does it make?
Liam Foster
Trump can change this. Politicians listen to their supporters. Assuming he wants to get elected again 4 years from now, if his supporters express concern he can still choose to change course on this issue. It's absolutely crucial that he does.
Charles Howard
America's climate policy is literally on track for cataclysm and nobody cares. If you change your mind on a single issue, please for the love of God, let it be this one.
Kayden Sanchez
No one cares tbqh

Obama specifically induced the ban on Arctic Drilling because the ice is going to be completely gone there by next Spring.
Also Florida is going to get flooded here pretty soon.
This is something he'll have to deal with during his 4 years.
Nathan Turner
It's nuke time, enough of this faggot shit
Noah Harris
Lol Latest NASA release (a week ago) says polar ice is the thickeast this year since they started keeping records.
There less sea ice because its not breaking off, its staying intact at the poles.
Hunter Thompson
Aww how cute, an anonytwat concern Goy
Daniel Nguyen
So sick of these doomsday scenarios. None of them have come true on the timelines projected by experts. These climate change worshippers are going to continue to come up with these fantasy scenarios until they retire or their funding is cut.
Daniel Hughes
>Ice will be gone by next spring. Florida will be flooded soon. You guys keep making wild predictions if you stuck to a decent time table people would probably overlook the fact that your math is terrible and what you say isn't going to happen.
Carter Ward
>Put ice in a glass of full water >when it melts >???? >Not an idiot.
Xavier Long
I like the idea of suicide by global warming. I dont have to spend money on gun
Nathan Hughes
No. It's in the middle of freeze season and the Arctic is still melting during freeze season. The global anomaly is deviating from the mean at a rate of 0.3 sigma a day.

Good. The end finally comes
Liam James
it's not still melting, see although it is more than 2 standard deviations below the average for the past few decades
Nicholas Bell
Tell me, what could we possibly do? Hint: """"""""clean""""""""" energy is a waste atm and doesn't need government interference to improve

As a matter of fact, the only thing climate scientists failed to project is that it would be faster than their absolute worst case scenario.
John Wilson
According to whats printed the world should have ended decades ago. We've passed the point for a global crisis numerous times and each time, nothing changes. It's borderline urban mythos at this point. People are so desperate to cling to something sensational that they actually buy into it. Our planet is definitely changing, but slowly. It lives and breathes on a timeline people refuse to understand. You are insignificant. You are not going to destroy the planet and you are not going to save it. The only thing you can do is save yourself.

>According to whats printed the world should have ended decades ago. What was printed? Be specific.
Colton Richardson
>and things are going to get much worse
not in western counties, Africa won't be able to sustain its population, thats a good thing
Carter Garcia
Their absolute worst case scenario was the world ending, about 60 years ago. Then again in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000's. You get the idea
Austin Davis
It's 38F outside of my house right now.
I live on the same parallel as Morroco.

What on Earth? Climate science wasn't even really a well published thing until the Carter Administration and wasn't taken seriously in any sense until Clinton because people like Ronnie believed plants released more carbon dioxide than cars.

Brayden Perez
What? Climate change was discussed quite a bit early 20th century.
If you really want me to list some publications I will, I'm assuming you're just trolling but if you reply to this I will.
Blake Hall
No. I will read them.
Carson Morales
Daily reminder we are going to lose in 2020 if we don't win over independent and democratic voters. Denying climate change is just going to push them farther left. You guys are going to help kill this country because democrats will continue to let the mexican problem fester while in charge.

OH MY GOD STOP THE PRESSES GOD CONFIRMED REAL

>ice is going to be completely gone there by next spring
They've literally been saying this for decades.
Josiah Wood
Not really. We already fucked shit up. Can't fix that. The only way would be to kill 8.5 billion people.
Eli Lopez

Whether you agree with it or not, you won't be able to have everything. You simply can't have a cake and eat it to. Best thing is to get the cake, and let the centrists and liberals taste it, but it's got to be something they can enjoy.
Nolan Gray
Canadian Texan here. If people are so certain than the climate is changing why the fuck do we spend 30 billion a year researching the change instead of doing something?
Charles Campbell
They have been saying it for decades. They said it would be happening a little after this, around by 2020. Looks like we're probably getting it next spring.
NSIDC and JAXA both show ice levels still decreasing right in the middle of November.
Henry Watson
What are you even implying dipshit ? You do know one of the reasons it's warmer there is because of oceanic winds ? Nope, you don't cause you're a tool
Jaxon Hall
On the Influence of Carbonic Acid in the Air upon the Temperature of the Earth Is ancient but as far as I know it's the first publication indicating man made climate change made by Arrhenius some swede.
There were handful of scientists Keeling being one of the biggest. He also dealt with C02 and had apocalyptic conclusions.
The Population Bomb by Paul R. Ehrlich
Publications by James Lovelock led to a fuckton of articles by scientists and retarded media confirming the worlds end. Pretty much anything written after 1975 warns of cataclysm.
James hansen made it worse saying humans would not survive with a few degree change in global temperature.
Pretty much anything written by a politician. Honestly there are a lot of people attempting to study climate change doing a good job but the people who get all the media attention are the ones spewing the end of the world.
What's really interesting is most researchers set moderate expectations. Pretty much everyone else(non field work scientists) expects the end of the world. The media(non scientific) is quite convinced of cataclysm and you can't take two steps in a library without tripping over an article predicting the worlds end.
