On a scale of nationalism to globalism, I would err on the side of nationalism. It's like using polio to remove brain tumors. I used to agree with him, until I realised that
1) cultural differences are actually important
2) You cannot have two contradictory value systems in the same space without conflict
3) Tolerance only works if it is practiced by all parties.

All the arguments against nationalism are also valid for globalism, and arguably worse.

So I can agree with some concerns about nationalism, but it has far fewer problems than globalism. Nationalism has a long history of working. Globalism is failing even as it's beginning. Also Einstein said lots of retarded things when it came to politics.

This could be said about literally any ideology. That's kinda the definition of an ideology. A world view that you share with others and follow to its ultimate end.

Does non-racist nationalism actually exist? Nationalism is just a front for racial superiority of a more specific fashion. It doesn't have to do with who you pay taxes to but what specific culture, value, and perceived agency you share with other people. These three traits tend to not be shared across race, meaning filthy mestizos do not have the same agency as whites and nor do Scandicucks. The result is an ideological movement toward white americanism. Perhaps, in some rare cases an individual minority shares the desired qualities and they should be accepted.
