National Socialism glorified peasant culture, which is one of the main reasons the international clique hated it. It would basically be the macro equivalent of hobby farming today or otherwise sustainable homesteads.
There isn't very much you can do to tax and exploit people who live off the sweat of their brow and the resources of their private property except through traditional institutions like local government or through naked theft.
That's why the jews/neocons are so insistent that every natural resource in a country needs to be privatized. It gives them a mechanism to take over natural resources in a "legal" or "ethical" way. When those resources are socialized it typically means that the profits or resources need to be shared in the community, which they do not feel beholden to.
