Poorfag and Money

What is it with poor people being incapable of managing money properly (not buying in bulk, sales, pre-prepared items, etc).? How can they be so foolish and illogical? I just don't understand...

For non-ants

Buying in bulk requires a larger initial investment which most people don't have.

>prefabric formed burger patties

Couldn't they skip some luxuries for a bit and save for that initial investment (no meat for instance)?

I know, some pleb earlier mentioned they paid 40 usd for this small lot, bought it at a target no less.

The problem is that more people don't listen to based Dave Ramsey.

Poor people, in a western society. Is either working low paying jobs or recieving some social security.

If you have kids and working a low paying job you're statisticaly likely to work more several part time jobs.
That leaves you with more time spent in transit, and less time for shopping.

Just going into a store and buying what you need is the fastest and least energy consuming way to shop.

Then there is storage, to truly save on buying in bulk you buy meat. Which requires a big freezer, which is both an expensive purchase and energy consuming. Most people own one or several refrigerators with small freezer compartments.

So many simplistic views here, start thinking deeper.

For meat you go for sales... im not saying buy bulk for EVERYTHING

As for time, poor people watch TV like crazy...

>resurrecting a thread from page 10
>not going to an outlet market
>razor blades

the original OP must see the error of his ways

>If you have kids and working a low paying job you're statisticaly likely to work more several part time jobs.

Actually, this isn't true. The more kids you have and the lower paying job you have, you're statistically much more likely to be on the government dole and work less, because if you work more you drastically reduce your welfare eligibility. This, in turn, incentivizes crime since you don't report your earnings from stealing and drug dealing.

My local grocery store sells 1 pound of oats for 1 dollar. With a gallon of milk you can feed yourself for a week with like 6 dollars. My brother is a poor fuck and he orders a pizza everyday. That's 11 bucks a day plus he's unhealthy as fuck and will die soon and he's fat and unhappy. Poorfags who complain about food in america are fucking retards.

Exactly, I just don't understand how so many "poor people" can't see that most of their complaints about poverty can be fixed by a few lifestyle changes...

I buy and slaughter my own cows and keep it in a freezer, i hunt deer and make hamburgers, i like to fish as well, mostly kill ny own game. Sometimes i kill a bigger and grind him up as well to feed my dogs

>pre-prepared items

What is this?

But you're right though, when I worked a shitty job, I ate chicken thighs, garbanzo beans, and broccoli, which was around $25 a week

pre-prepared items are like pre-shredded cheese, and pre-formed patties, both of which are retarded, should have made my stance clearer on those.

Well, they wouldn't be poor if they could manage money. Btw 'poor' today means that they can't afford any luxury, it really blows my mind that poor people aren't starving, aren't on the streets or in a shack, can afford medical care and don't have to work 20 hours a day to afford all that.

A lot of people don't realize, because they haven't lived around poor people or dealt with them in their everyday life, that poor people are fucking DUMB. That's why they're poor. They were born with a shitty brain that keeps telling them to do stupid shit, so they constantly run out of money, get into fights, get arrested, etc. You can tell them all the things they should do to make their life better, but they won't do any of it because of some reason like "I like X better" or "I've always done Y", and when you try to reason with them they just end up repeating themselves. Don't bother.

I'm the OP from the last thread

You're a stupid motherfucker who doesn't understand what inflation is

Fuck off

everyone thinks you shop like an idiot

That's because everyone on here is either on welfare, has their mom buy their shit, lives off top ramen, or they turn everything into a dick measuring contest

>on ebt
>has a smart phone and cable

So you're saying that buying things when on sale, buying certain items in bulk, and generally trying to make your money stretch farther while still maintaining a good quality of life is bad? Are...are you a liberal?

...

Nice bait putting words in my mouth

Try again

Then what is your stance? You seem to oppose those things by attributing them to people on welfare or basement dwellers...

so... seems like you have no leg to stand on. Guess you were proven wrong, Florida-fag

What is my stance? That shit is overpriced and inflation is sky high and the US dollar has been devalued. The American dream is just a meme. It's cheaper and better living in other first world countries.

>Not buying whole chickens and cutting out the best parts and using bones for soup
>Not buying bulk
>Not shopping at aldi, sam's, costco, farmers market
>Preformed burgers

You are right, it is overpriced....because you dont buy meat during sales, you focus on pre-packaged items (pre-shredded cheese, pre-formed patties), organic, and don't buy things in bulk. But rather than admitting you shop like an idiot and changing your ways, you instead blame inflation, US currency being devalued, and act like people who do shop intelligently are basement dwellers or are on welfare. That is why both threads were against you, Florida-fag

They're poor for a reason. You know that.

What are the reasons? Are they just dumber, like ? Or is it more attributable to Jewish media influence increasing consumer culture and social media giving the impression you have to "keep up with the joneses"?

Look idiot, I don't know how it is there in Canada but you seem to be under the assumption that it is the same here as there.

>Pre packaged
Everything here is that way. You don't think I look at the sticker prices between the block of pre packaged cheese and the bag of pre packaged cheese. Same goes for the hamburger.

>Organic
So we talk all the time here about food being poisoned and pumped full of hormones and antibiotics, but when someone buys organic you shit all over them? Let's say I didn't buy organic, it is still $10-11 if I'm not mistaken. So I'm still paying $37~

This is just like how you don't understand many things are far cheaper in Europe. Rent for a 1 bedroom apartment in Germany is $400/month. Youd be lucky to find a room for rent in a shared living conditions for that much. 1 bedroom apartment here is easily $1000/month on up to $1200, $1700, even $2000+/month depending on the city. I guess you didn't bother to read responses from so many people in Europe in the last thread who said how much drastically cheaper their food was over there.

Here you go faggot

Publix.com 33625 and is the zip 33433

Not everything there is prepackaged, im calling bullshit on that. Maybe at target, sure. But at just about every grocery store I have gone to there is a deli section where you can get meat, and even ask them to grind it for you at no extra cost!

that's why they're poor in the first place

Shut the fuck up

Deli meat is even more expensive if you have them slice it for you, it's $7 to $12 a pound. Kill yourself. Go to the Publix link I provided and order online with that zip code. See how expensive it is then put a gun in your mouth and pull the fucking trigger.
