Seems like events confirm that this is what is going on behind the Scenes. Article says that Russia first noticed the E-6 Mercury take off and then called NSA director Michael Rogers to stop the plane. really I dont think they will start a war, their main goal right now is to cover their asses. The threat of pissing off internal government elements is really huge if they do something drastic. I'm guessing if this is their hard line in the sand they will try stage something with the electoral vote, they could likely convince electors to be faithless and go for clinton if they scare them with a bunch of "muh national security secret war russia trump is KGB plant" at the risk of a real major riots not paid minor riots. Other way around actually. The NSA's massive surveillance capabilities are a huge threat to the CIA and it's child sex blackmail operation. Also as Kim Dotcom pointed out, all of Hillary's deleted emails will still exist in the massive NSA data center. The CIA and the old power structure hate the NSA because it's a huge liability. I'm not about to start cheering for unlimited surveillance, but it's definitely wrecking my enemies game right now and the enemy of my enemy doesn't necessarily have to be my friend but can still be kind of alright sometimes. I'm really vehemently opposed to the idea of spying on everyone all the time, but it's hard to deny how useful it could be in bringing down the real bad guys.
