Good thread everyone.
I have used both and there is no difference.
Portuguese.
Has Portugal flag in it.
>Faith in humanity restored
>proceeds to build from that nuked hell a better city than the majority of US shitholes
Japan BTFO
Brits are sensitive. They get mad when they see the American flag next to their language in the language settings.
Lower crime rate
Longer life expectancy
Better food
Somehow we are BTFO?
Why do Americans need one of the easiest languages to learn SIMPLIFIED?
Good job guys, stellar thread all around.
You guys know that the OP picture is a mock-up, right? The option does not exist.
>Americans have the simplified version
The nip is right, they built up their cities and became all high tech and homogeneous. They succeded where the americunts failed
>Chinese (Simplified)
>Chinese (Traditional)

Sick banter, going in the banter thread labelled "Sick banter"
Don't forget 99,7% of your population is japanese
No, it's literally in the steam installer. Although there really isn't much difference between the two (month/day order, decimals, color=>colour)
>Implying English isn't one of the most complex languages
>Implying the Americans have the smaller vocabulary
>Implying the UK didn't force meme themselves after American Revolution to separate themselves culturally
In other words, the UK is full of spiteful beta hipster poofs
English is not one of the easiest language to learn.
Anyone else remember when Paradox made the flag for the English language the American flag on HoI4 but had to change it to both because of the mass butthurt of British players?
If English is so easy, why can't you pronounce the letter 'L'?
>Faith in humanity
The most Reddit phrase ever.
probably not the easiest, but for most people it’s easy to learn it due to everyday exposure to the language
Well it must be if a mongoloid like you can speak it
English is fuck easy. Spanish is OK, French is worse and Asian languages are hard mode.
>English is not one of the easiest language to learn.
It wouldn't be a globally spoken language if it wasn't.
Slavic languages are somewhere between asian and anglo-germanic languages.
Lol you think English is a global language because its easy? Topkek, more like because USA is the sole global superpower. Civ cultural victory...
Makes sense. They remove letters to make words simpler. At least Taiwan preserves ours completely. Your country uses a mixture of simplified and traditional characters, even adding in some stupid ass Jap-variants. Your kanji is the Australian equivalent of the English language. Let that sink in.
I agree. Any slavic language is easy if you are already fluent in one of them, but the first one is always hardcore - so everyone tells me.
>Cultural victory.
Yes. Regrettably, yes.
you have a small penis
probably llittle things like "favorites" and "favourites"
Why do you have steel cages on all of your windows?
That's true. The US media certainly has had a hand in making english the global language.
Still english is easy to learn.
Example
American: hood (of a car)
British: hob-noggler ups tha foremont pa (dof an driver dealey-mcwheely)
Thats why it's simplified for us
Last time I checked Japanese wasn't spoken outside of japan by nearly a billion people.
Also last time I checked we had more than 2000 words in our language.
And less than 2000 RADS in our ocean.
>Fucking wrecked.
I became fluent in English in only 3 months. It's literally the easiest language to learn in the world.
>english is not one of the easiest language to learn
Yes I imagine it's quite easy to learn a language you are NATIVE TO.
السلام عليكم
WOW! Thats a nice BURRRRRN!
Why did you get nuked?
>Portuguese
>Portugal flag
confirmed shopped
Steam should be a safe space yes I'm triggered
LMFAO someone make a steam game description in british!
Alice is shit.

Well hello there also,

too cn pray dis game dishunaburur samureye
There is two options for Chinese too my friend
I'm from Mexico. English isn't my native language.
It's a lot easier for a mexican to learn English than a jap to learn english or for a english speaker to learn Kanji, kana, katakana and reverse the reading from left to right to right to left.
It's as if the japs don't want us to learn their ways.

Enjoy it while it lasts, your low birth rates and public debt crisis will hurt you pretty badly in the future.
You have a wall to pay for. Get to work.
>Traditional vs Simple
>Union Flag
It should just be English with an St Georges cross. Never understood why it's an American flag nor a Union Jack.
Finally people recognize our superior accent
Foreigners don't recognise the St George's cross as well as the Union Jack.
Also St George's cross has racist connotations
Because "L" isn't part of Japanese phonetics.
Same way how you Americans can't pronounce Æ, pic related and Å.
"British English" vs "American English"
Entirely funded by the US
bantz of this calliber were never seen before.
not using the superior brazilian portuguese kek
actually it is, come on i an brazilian iq 80 and fucking learned this shit by playing cod.
Kek
"""""British"""""" English doesn't exist, nor does American English. it's English. It's not called the "British" language nor the "American" language for a reason.
Being stupid is not an argument.
>racist connotations
I suppose on the plus side it stops our new countrymen from calling themselves English.
>while sucking american cock the whole time
ftfy
Last time I checked there a billion of people fapping to jap hand drawings
Japanese is the most aesthetic language, kys ching chong
>implying the number of most used kanji is the same as the number of words
They had to borrow our language and shit it up because they were too retarded to speak properly. They did the same to the characters
>takatakatakatakatakafamataka
>aesthetic
Kek shut up with your typewriter sounding ass
They're different variants of the English language. Many words aren't spelled the same or have completely different meanings... Hood - bonnet, trunk - boot, gas - petrol, flashlight - torch, favorite - favourite... I'd flunk a vocabulary test in the USA if I used British spellings for the words so obviously there is a need to delineate and separate the two variants. What would you have them called if not "British English" and "American English"?
Fuck off weeb, I'd give you best sounding asian language but that's about it
God I fucking love hongkong bantz. You guys are like a mix between Aussies and the occasional gook fight.
I'd have them called English, because firstly it IS just the English language and secondly because it's just regional dialect. People in Yorkshire use different words to people in Cornwall but we don't say they speak two different languages. Also for all your examples there we use both versions here.
>have to literally sing all the tones properly to be understood
Fucking insectoid language I swear.
Just don't be tone deaf and its easier than english or disgusting sounding slavic crap
Not to mention Scots, nobody can understand them.
The world speaks American English, not British English
yeah but donald trump is gonna be our president, beat that.
Well in the US a bonnet is a type of hat that women wore many years ago, a boot is sturdy footwear usually made out of leather, petrol isn't even a word, a torch involves actual fire, and favourite will cause a 3rd grader to get red marks on their spelling test.
Lots of software offers a choice between the two variants because of the obvious spelling differences. Imagine how well a spell checking program would work for someone in the US if it only had British spellings in its word library and vice versa.
>Just don't be tone deaf or you're gonna be eaten alive by the hive
>another outlet of entertainment is passive agressively anti American over a lefty country that language polices
Color me surprised
...
isn't japanese just simplified chinese though
We can understand them just fine, unless they're drunk then good fucking luck.
I'm very aware of what they mean because i speak English, see what i mean? And like i said thats just dialect, if you want you can call yours "American English" if you're so adamant about the differences (even though we use them too and over 99% of words are identical) but British English shouldn't be a thing. It's English.
>while said city gains a suicide rate much higher than most industrialized American cities
Colour
Colour
I'd rather it be English (American) and English (Traditional) to be honest.
...
Eh thats fine by me, but i just feel it's ridiculous to treat it like a separate language and also to smack "British" on the beginning for us. No other country does that (to my knowledge).
>scots
>unless they're drunk
so what you're saying is you can't understand them
I have no problem with either of them though.
