Liberals in the United States are virtually all focused in urban areas. Black lives matter really only exists in urban areas. These anti-trump protests are in urban areas. Conservatives don't actually need to do anything, they've essentially won all three branches of government in one fell swoop. The left can do something, but they can't without either attacking the establishment, or trying to attack the conservative base which is spread over a country the size of Europe, well armed, and almost completely independent of urban/government interference.

Not only that, but you would essentially have no wealth. The median black family wealth is about 5k, the median white family wealth is about 100k. If you deported every black family, I doubt you would lower the GDP of the country more than half a trillion dollars. To put that in perspective, that would mean that the average black productive value would be less than 15k.
To make this even worse, almost no blacks are employed in productive industries. The vast majority of black families are in service industries and urban; so you would essentially get a population that once their paychecks stop coming in starve to death.

Pretty much the only way a civil war is going to happen, but all comes down to how far they're willing to go to stop or delay Trump.
Either way the liberals and nogs would get absolutely BTFO and very quickly by semi-organised right-wing militias full of experienced gun enthusiasts, military and law enforcement veterans and experienced hunters. Only area of concern is Mexican gangs and cartels. In the border regions they have a vested interests and will come into play. They have the resources, logistics, equipment and numbers of cannon fodder to fight as a paramilitary group and could fuck up most militias. How they influence a civil war is a serious item of concern. You'd need the National Guard or Army to deal with them and they're unlikely to be committed to a civil war.
