First: black people doesn't seem to evolve past their violent tribalist past, neither in Africa nor in Europe or America. It is sad because chinese gets past it, italians get past it, polish, german, even vietnamese become productive members of society.
There are only three main ethnicities that don't seem to adapt and prosper neither in Europe nor in America:
