The highest redpill is realizing the city is shit and to don't have to live the modern lifestyle. Get away from the city and out into nature. Live the way nature intended away from cityshits who are misguided psychopaths. Modernity owes you nothing, you don't have to live like them. It may seem difficult to make it on your own in nature but it's not as much so as making it in the city.
