same shit. our idiotic state voted to raise taxes to build housing for the homeless. but with all tje corruption going on, they will probably raise taxes again several years before they build any housing for the homeless

solution is to stop letting chinese and other foreigners drive up our real estate. i live in east l.a. and all the houses on my block are valued at half a million and up. nobody on this block makes a fifth of that.
