Bullying is socially healthy to an extent, we have all been subjected to bullying at some point in our lives but can you say it has't undermined yourself confidence causing you to re-evaluate your behavior? its a mechanism to maintain social and cultural norms, its good for ya as long as it isn't aimless and psyhco-masochistic
