I think what you should fear is not Antifa or other useful idiots, but the people higher in the structure. Many of them are in positions of incredible power and influence. Think of Bezos controlling the Washington Post, or Zuckerberg implementing 'Fake News' filtering algorithms on Facebook.
The main problem is not the potential for violence (though of course there will be some violence). The main problem is confusion of the perception of reality with manipulated information. People will not act if they are being presented with conflicting and untrustworthy information. This is precisely how Russia succeeded in seizing much of eastern Ukraine. They made reality so confusing that people with the capability to stop them were paralyzed into inaction because of the uncertainty they faced.
Right now this is happening in real time in the United States. Fake narratives are being spammed out on a daily basis. Real information is being suppressed or clouded in doubt. People who can conceivably act in a way to change the future are so full of uncertainty about what is true and what is false that they sit idle waiting for new, clearer information that never materializes.

While good people stay idle, mid-level organizations like BAMN can continue to insinuate themselves into positions of power and influence and work to undermine government and civil institutions from within. Antifa is only one minor tool in their arsenal. The media is another tool, one of many. The legal system and legal precedent is another tool. It's a long war for them. A multi-generational war. They intend to use the systems that western society has built against us, to co-opt it and mold it to be their instrument.
Conservative-minded people are so focused on their work and their lives that they don't think of the possibility of such a war. Eventually so much progressive ideology will be built into the laws that govern our societies that even formulating opposing policies will be illegal, and conservative-minded people are compelled by their nature to obey laws and maintain systems, even if those laws and systems are strangling them.

They don't intend to start the war you want, because right now you are restraining yourself, but if they start the war you want you will not be restrained. Right now the right-wing has the power to annihilate the left but is not doing so. This is because we are restrained by systems and laws. The left will not intentionally remove these restraints.
They will continue to fight the war they started a century ago, the war people like us are only dimly aware is even being fought.
