I love how 95% of the entire anime/manga community came to the realization that this manga is edgy, shallow SHIT and it just slowly faded away.

This is how we should treat all run of the mill/try-hard, garbage manga.

Akame ga Kill is a mockery of asking for edge in a generic light-hearted shonen.

Its bad but I understand why it needed to exist.

Mockeries can be played straight. As in Akame ga Kill is what retards asked for in generic shonen because they got assmad x character survived stupid shit.

Like how people ask for strong girls in fighting series because Naruto/DBZ lacks relevant ones and end up with Erza Scarlet.

That there's a retarded mecha teigu and the generic MC becomes a Saint Seiya? I'm pretty surprised the hack author didn't at least change it up
