Society is founded upon the family unit for one reason. Women are, by nature, a resource drain. They rear the next generation, they are physically weaker than men, and are coddled due to social and genetic reasons. Men as a whole produce something like 5x the economic growth that women produce, despite the roughly 50/50 split. Men choose to cooperate with society because they know they can get a wife if they do. The natural tendency is for harems to form, with 20% of men taking 80% of women in a high conflict competition.
Society redirects male sexual aggression into cooperation and productivity, which benefits all of us. Society is maintained by productive beta males, not NEETs on here. The incentives for men to contribute to society have disappeared because of women's wage parity and tendency to only marry up. Combined with sexual liberation creating soft harems in college, men are dropping out in staggering numbers.
Men are terrified and insulted by this because mgtows are directly operating against their own instincts, and seeing men capable of that makes the sexually subverted men uncomfortable. They see them as weak(justifiably so, they are by nature beta) but also have some partial envy for them due to their freedom from the game.
Women fear it because they know if the beta males dry up they'll be alone in their 30s. Women cling to support networks and desire individuals or groups to take care of them, and a beta shortage means significant loss of resources for them over the course of their life.
Both genders rationally fear mgtow because taken to its logical conclusion it would lead to complete and total social collapse. Like completely shutting down society. Mgtow is in many ways a logical response to feminism, but it has almost as much potential to subvert and destroy society.

I thought dating was about having fun, getting to know new people, enjoying things and maybe having sex and getting a gf. This isnt how dating has been at all, ive met maybe 3-4 single women during three years in uni and getting dates is not too hard but its work with no reward.
Sex isnt that enjoyable, its more about her enjoyment and while ive never failed at providing this ive come to realize most women orgasm from sex with or without the guys help.
Women dont offer me any of the stuff i want, i would want a relationship with kids but they arent offering that. Most girls i know my own age (29) are childless despite having a bf

You can't really have the same rewards without it. Having a special connection with a woman is bliss. I don't know how old you are, but I'm in my mid 20s and I'm literally worrying about the day my 20s will end because of how great it is. This is both our genders prime. This is the time to fuck and connect. You will not regret it. I have a career, friends, lift 5 times a week, and so on. Would definitly recommend.
