There was no character development in Konosuba. The girls never really learned anything (on the contrary, they all stayed the same).
- Megumi still only gives a fuck about explosions (to the exclusion of her party memebers).
- Darkness is still fucking weird (despite it clearly bothering everything).
- Aqua is still a worthless goddess who can't do anything right.
- Kazuma is still a pervert who doesn't respect women.
Meanwhil, Bell-kun actually got stronger--it's the point of the fucking series.
