It was actually reveleased in one of the last chapters of Bleach, that Ichigo's parents initially named him Kurosaki Bleach, but after he got bullied at pre-school for having orange hair and an English sounding name, they started calling him Kurosaki Ichigo, and he even dyed his hair black for a while. At high school, he was strong enough to take care of himself, so he stopped dying his hair, but everyone knew him as Ichigo, so the name stuck.

They're not going to show that straight out though, because Dragon Ball is a manga for children, so you can't put sex in there.
The only asexual character out of the people mentioned, is Luffy. Naruto liked Sakura, then Hinata. Bleach likes Orihime, and also had strong feelings for Rukia at some point. and he even got shy when seeing Yoruichi naked which shows he's not asexual, because then he wouldn't care.
