Girls Last Tour/Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou

That ED with the rain was the most healing/spiritual experience I've had in ages.

I love these Girls.

This is so boring, does Sup Forums only like this because it has cute girls in a post apocalyptic setting?

It's a beautiful show

I'm sorry that you can't appreciate higher forms of art.

IMO, it has many redeeming qualities...In the end, it's all about what exactly you're looking for when watching anime. I love the bleak, but still hopeful mindset these cute girls still to this point have, exhibited by that amazing song played at the end of this Episode.

I want to rape this cheeto

I like the surreal/dreamlike quality of it. A lot of it you take for granted because it moves the story along, but if you look closely it's complete nonsense. The city layout and architecture, for example. It's like something your brain would generate on the fly to represent a "city", rather than a place where people actually lived at one point. The most recent episode had a forest of steel beams, but until you actually thought about it for a second you'd just assume "yeah, they're in the woods". I can't think of another show that has that sort of weirdness.

I kinda wonder what's foremost in their minds at this point. I mean, the experience of actually habitation inside the "house", if even for a night, I'm sure it had to get their minds moving towards setting their eyes on what they actually want to accomplish on this journey of theirs...

This shitpost is so boring, do you only troll these threads because we give you easy (You)s?

the house scene almost brought a tear to my eye, but them finding music was what really brought a few tears.

it's like you are really hoping these girls find something they can call home and stability and be able to enjoy the simple things in life we take for granted.

...

...

Aaaahh! Why would they ever decide to try and smoke?! Bad potatoes!

Do you think they rub their hairy pussies every once in a while offscreen? They need to satisfy their sexual urges somehow after all, and there aren't that many guys around in that setting.

For the most part, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.

The ED made me cry...Why did I cry...

Cleansing...Thank you Minorin & Yurika-chan!

I'm absolutely certain they do. But I imagine it's a private thing; they don't discuss it, ever. It made me wonder, when they met the guy last ep...I wonder how long it had been since they had seen a male...I'm sure it made themselves more 'feminine conscious'...in WAYS..

I love this anime, so comfy to watch ,really enjoy it.

Indeed! Duly noted. What about it specifically was it able to show you that peaks your interest the most?

...

It was a nice ep, but I wasn't healed.

WHOOOO WOULD DO THAT! ;_;

...

same opinion, is simply wonderful.

Yesterday watching the episode was marvellous, with this weather makes more comfy enjoy this kind of anime, arigatone Chi to Yuu chan!

...

...

FUCK YOU OOGATA
Why is he so cool?

Can't wait for the ending.

This episode was a little boring, compared to the rest.

How the fuck do they not know what music is? I actually have that same question for a lot of the things they don't know about but music is the silliest.
What do they know because they seem to know nothing.

They wasn't at school, and leave their parents at a relatively young age.

Considering that the world is in complete ruins by now civilization was probably in it's dying moments at best when the potatoes were born. I doubt there was anyone left to educate them about anything but maybe the bare minimum to survive.

Chito knows. She can even write it down in proper notes. Yuuri is functionally illiterate, she only knows what she has seen in the ruins and what Chito told her. Most aspects of human culture are inaccessible to her.

It was truly a beautiful experience.

...

They should just find a way to get to the ocean. Then they could fish and maybe grow some cold weather crops like potatoes or something.

It's clearly said in the manga that nothing natural left in this world.

I unironically think that SSR, despite it's SoL show, has more tension than Inuyashiki, which feels like a true snorefest.

Inuyashiki fell flat because Shishigami is absolute shit as far as villains go. I prefer Disney villains compared to him, because at least they tend to look interesting.

...

Would you abandon Yuu? You're a monster if you would

I wouldn't, that would be a waste of food.

Can't leave the emergency ration behind.

I wish I could die slowly as romantic as theirs.

No way, what would I do without my only way to relief sexual desires in this desolate world?

Chi demands you worship her

The manga will end with tanoshii jinsei, don't be such downers

The dream sequences were fucking dumb.

Brainlet.

You sound like someone who is easily impressed.

It's not the show's fault that you're too dumb to get it.

>get it
Easily impressed.

Dreams are pretty dumb

But he's not a potato

I want to protect Yuu from Cheeto abuse, I'd even buy her books to burn.

XXXIII Century architecture sure is weird.

This show is the closest thing to a Yume nikki anime we'll ever get.

I would hate living in those things just because of what is supporting it.

A thread for potatoes.

No. Yuu is a good source of optimism and hope in this desolate world. Why abandon such fluffy joy?

Girls Last Tour is the best anime this season without a doubt
The atmosphere is second to none and the world building keeps you hooked all the way, and the chemistry between the girls is perfectly in sync.

Despite taking place in the future, this anime feels like a depiction of what life would be like in the earliest stages of mankind. Walking around vast, empty spaces of land, scavenging for food and other resources, spending your free time contemplating the world around you.

>He doesn´t like potatoes.
>He forgot the taste of watch good animes
Gollun, go back to the shadows.

It keeps you at a safe distance from the horrors that lurk in the water.

What horrors lurk in the water?

How wide can we get?

I actually hate cute girls/moe, but this show I really enjoy. The setting, exploring the things left behind by a former civilization and the conversations make it so comfy.
Also, few to none annoying anime tropes

Kill yourself.

Best think is that those are still ordinary skyscrapers. Skyscrapers on pillars, but not some fancy hyper-futuristic buildings.

>these two girls are the last two on earth and they aren't alone
>right now there are 7 billion people on earth and you are alone

Well?

Ambient potatocore music

>these two girls are the last two on earth
Not true at all

I hope Chito finds a really big bookshelf at some point during this.

And then has to burn them to stay warm

What if she find's a huge bookshelf, but it's all some long dead anons hentai collection?

But I have a bunch of retarded friends here.

>Time Enough to Last tier irony
No pls. Potatoes should not be subjected to anymore suffering.

>Chito finds a bookshelf
>It's all YA shit

I think she'd definitely burn them if that was the case. She could just use Yuu for warmth if she wants to stay warm.

Titus should just burn Yuu.

I should just burn you.

Read the latest chapters

DAKARA
WAN TU SURI DE ARUKI DASE

I have. It makes me want to die especially when I've just watched the innocent hopes and dreams of the potatoes in the latest episode.

That was so cute, yet so sad. I'm not sure if I should be happy about it or cry.

This tbqh, the state of manga affects the impression from anime, in the end of the day. If shit really goes down in the latest chapters, i don't know if watching previous ones animated will help much.

[REBELLION VIBES INCREASING]

>does Sup Forums only like this because it has cute girls in a post apocalyptic setting?

That's not automatically a winning formula...

I would say because this show combines the healing element which many here are fond of (seen for example in shows like YKK, ARIA), a touch of lighthearted situational comedy or dialogue like in Hidamari, and an overall pleasant viewing experience. It is, overall, a very good show with consistent mood, well directed and no pretension.

I like to think they're skyscrapers that use a single central support so they can be built quickly, but flaws in the design cause the lower layers to collapse, leaving it looking like some kind of building popsicle. I mean, they don't even have ladders or staircases. Would the people in them user a helicopter to enter/exit or some shit?

Alternatively everything is a dream and they're regular buildings distorted by a compromised mind

this song makes me so sad

>Coppelion
HA!
That show was a fucking trainwreck. Good shit.

Makes me appreciate SSR much more.

No, the dark is the best place to be together with Yuuri.

It's pretty obvious they didn't have a huge budget, but what's there is great.

That's amazing an art. The potato over the sea

"Just as psychoanalysis reconstructs the original traumatic situation in order to release the repressed material, so we are now being plunged back into the archaeopsychic past, uncovering the ancient taboos and drives that have been dormant for epochs… Each one of us is as old as the entire biological kingdom, and our bloodstreams are tributaries of the great sea of its total memory."

full version when?

Translation please.

>setting their eyes on what they actually want to accomplish on this journey of theirs
They don't want to die, Their journey is all about finding food and trying to continue living

...

Except in ancient times they could at least rely on fairly replenishable sources of food, here they're just running out the clock until there's nothing left to eat.
