Pretty much the only one with a good balance of gameplay and smut.

Skyrim and Oblivion have a few, but they seem pretty lack luster. For instance, Oblivion has one where you are black mailed, but it's basically wait a day and suck another cock. Skyrim has a weird Cathullu one. They don't really offer much in the way of replay-ability or variety.

There's more modules with smut for NWN1 like A Dance With Spies and Gladiatrix. Skyrim and Oblivion are terrible for anything other than fancy dressup mods.

The animal mansion for skyrim is pretty great if you are into that and have Apropos installed so you get dirty talking/text depending on the situation. There's a few decent other quest mods which add some nice stuff

I'm digging Overwhored. Pretty solid writing and a fairly large number of scenarios/H-Scenes. Quality of the HScenes aren't fantastic but I found myself actually engrossed in the story.

Princess Trainer is, of course, pretty good too.

I found a text adventure called 'Trials in Tainted Space' (or TITS) that I checked out briefly but didn't have the attention at the time to put any serious time into.

I don't know if you've played Stronghold 3. Pretty bad game, loads of bugs. The campaign has these hand drawn, non colored backgrounds moving to tell the story, with subtitles and narration on top.
Check it out, its a great looking budget solution.

If you are okay with coloring and making a huge, detailed picture, see The Witcher 1. Thats how it showed the story between the main quest checkpoints.

Not necessarily so, there are other "engines" that you can use to tell a smut story, like Skyrim, Oblivion, Fallout, NWN2, etc.
And he clearly wants to make a GAME, so he has a GAME part in mind, along with the porn.
I still hold it true that if you want a good eroge, the gameplay and the porn should be mixed together, and not have a game with reward porn, or just slightly interactive porn.

I "beat" the game once years ago, as in got strong enough to not care about stuff, and I haven't played the game portion after that.

Well I want the game to be fun as a platformer first and foremost. Porn scenes in the levels might kill the pace. That's definitely something I'll think about though.

Heal up with vitality tinctures, max out Strength and Toughness with them, max intelligence with Scholar's Tea and autistically visit the farm over and over getting the "running around the farm" scene to max out speed.
Leveling up just unlocks perks and max stats lets you kill anything as long as you have healing items. I used that sword from the lake up to the Swamp dungeon, then took the rapier which is stronger, if you hang around the furfuck robin hood wannabe you get a special perk that boosts rapier damage. Getting the spider silk armor is just killing enough driders.
You can get plenty of followers and even lovers just sucking cock.
