Have you preordered Tokyo Mirage Sessions yet and why not?

Have you preordered Tokyo Mirage Sessions yet and why not?

I won't because censorship

I don't own a WiiU.

Game looked like trash since the reveal and hasn't shown any improvement since then
The only thing that kind of interests me is that the combat looks okay-ish

well I did but then I learned about the dumb censorship

Waiting for nx port

Yep. Already preordered.

Love the fuck out of Atlus RPGs.

Don't even give a rat's ass about whatever censorship it has.

The haters can eat dicks.

Well said my friend.

These

Censored persona game without social links and lame levels , what's the fucking point?

So this is the power of Nintendo of America...

I will next month

this

I preordered the special edition to sell for more online to the thirsty Nintendrones

Though it hasnt sold out yet. BUY THE HORSESHIT GUYS

Let's be fair, the outfit on the left looks great at least.

Looks like something Allison Rapp would wear.

i dont mind it that much

Amazing

I can play it for free :^)

You're a Marie-fag aren't you

Kids can't know about tiddies...

ok this one is sorta dumb but still looks ok

I haven't because I dislike idol themed stuff, which is a shame because the gameplay looks pretty alright.

Now that is fucking dumb.
The smoke animation feels so out of place with the rest of the animation in there.

>confirmed only in cutscene
>boss fight removes smoke
For what purpose?

Still bitter.

What's weird about this one is that the boobs only censored in this scene? But when you fight her, they're visible.

...

it's so that parents won't see the cutscene and make the kid cut the game off.

Kiria is a fucking slut.

I don't really care about the game
I don't really care /that/ much about censorship, I mean I bought Fates and Bravely Default new
But what in the everloving fuck is the purpose of censoring a game like this?
Or for that matter, why are only those scenes censored when both that bathing suit and that boss both display the non-censored versions later?

Who the fuck is going to buy this looking for wholesome family fun?
I don't u n d e r s t a n d

sums it up quite nicely
too bad since I probably would have picked it up

I want to Mating Press that slut on the table.

The game looks like garbage. Why would I want it?

I don't think a child is going to be playing a JRPG centered around Japanese entertainment, with no English dub.

I don't get this, the target audience for this game are obviously fans of more japanese JRPGs, who, at least in the case of myself, are ok with lewd outfits and such.
Who are they trying to appeal to with these changes?

as an RPG what does this game offer that makes it more than a basic turn based game?
every RPG has some gimmick that makes it different

>Who are they trying to appeal to with these changes?
Themselves.

If you hit a weakness you do more damage
That's literally it

Nintendo

Rated T for Tween, according to Nintendo.

why don't you spend literally 15 seconds googling "Tokyo Mirage sessions combat" and find out yourself

Idolshit

nipples that exude burning plastic is even more sexual

not yet on amazon

Persona 5 exists

im not just talking about combat, every RPG has something thats more than explore dungeons, fight monsters, make it to the end
some have a shit ton of party members
some have a bunch of mini games
some also being a dating sim
a lot got multiple ends
but they all have extra stuff beyond it's setting, and combat

preordered this and persona 5. 2016 setting up to be a good year for weebs.

Children, themselves, and soccer moms.

Nah there's more to it than that. But the more is basically just persona's S-link and all out attacks.

I wouldn't know since I haven't played the game yet user

>but they all have extra stuff beyond it's setting, and combat
that's not even true in the slightest.
Regardless, the answer is still the same.
Just fucking google it. The game isn't out yet, you have as much information available to you as anyone else here.

Takes FE, shits on it.
Takes SMT, shits on it.
Nintendo takes #FE, shits on it even more.

I won't buy it because of censorship. Just like how I'm not playing Overwatch in protest to this stupid practice.

wait what
they changed it from 37 to 34 only in japan?
Wait Mercy is supposed to be above 25?

>Have you preordered Tokyo Mirage Sessions yet
No

>and why not?
1. No WiiU
2. It's not the crossover we were promised

>this is the kind of autist that shitposts about censorship in these threads

For what purpose?

thats really silly, Japs would already see her as an old hag anyways

I'll just pirate it

Japan likes younger people. The fuck are you on about?

>implying the japanese one isn't specifying bra size

>this is the kind of autist who supports censorship
>because it only matters if americans get the original game, not other countries

It's not

I'd pick a "the joke, your head" image but I don't have it.
Have this instead.

good riddance, autist

IT'S OKAY IF BLIZZARD DOES IT, YOU KNOW

>That pic
How come?

No, played it on my friend's jap Wii U, it's an above average rpg that will only get worse with the localization, not worth it.

I can't imagine how you dress if you actually think that looks good

It's not about how I dress, it's about what fits the theme of the game. And I personally think that a colorful outfit looks better than a bland bikini.

Except the bikini makes sense plot wise. If you don't mind spoilers:

[spoilers]Chapter 2 deals with a camera man who has become obsessed with taking shots of girls in bikini's (as models not in the creepy way). He gets abducted into the Idolasphere and the heroes need to go get him. The dungeon that is created because of his presence is covered in pics of girls in bikinis and as you get deeper in the pictures become about a single girl he thinks was the last good model and he's become depressed that his career has nowhere to go but down now. Towards the end Tsubasa works the courage to show off herself in a bikini and he sees it's not all terrible (I know it's crazy but it's more about Tsubasa finally building up her confidence because Idols are well known for posing in bikini photo-shoots). [/spoilers]

Yes i have

>not just pirating

Oh I didn't know that, I see your point now.
But at least it doesn't look shitty like the censorship in Xenoblade X.

The gameplay is pretty good though.

Damn man. This change is terrible then.

I don't want to waste my money on a shit game.

>Weeb garbage
Never ever

No. It looks awful, it's censored, and is worse than persona, shin megami tensei or fire emblem games. Stop asking this.

I actually preordered it two years ago and I plan on cancelling it because 1. it became very different from initial expectations and 2. censorship

I'm not a Weeaboo and I have zero interest in the game.

I should buy it and keep it sealed so that I can sell it for $90+ later though. Weeb games always rise in price.

Yes. Special edition through gamestop. Only cause fucking scalpers milked amazons balls out in a few hours.

Sheeit, the censored version is pretty damn kawaii in its own right, but it still shouldn't have happened.

Seriously. Why the fuck can't they limit special editions to one piece a customer.

amazon doesn't care. they still get their money.

It's hard to enforce, and even harder to enforce online.

Even if it were limited to one per customer, you could just buy one on your account, one on your roommate's account, one on your brother's account, one on your friends' accounts, etc. Then you pay the other account holders back, and now you have multiple copies of the same special edition when you should've only been able to get one.

This. Looks like a really good game so I'll just pirate an uncensored version.

We were promised a SMT and FE crossover game. Instead, we got a FE spinoff that looks and feels nothing like FE. That was enough to kill the hype for me, but then they had to pick idols as the focus of the game. Now, I don't want to play it at all.

>We were promised a SMT and FE crossover game. Instead, we got a Persona spinoff that looks and feels nothing like FE.

Fixed.

>SMT fans who can get over this game being nothing like SMT
>FE fans who can get over this game being nothing like FE
>people who are into Japanese idols
>people wo don't mind overzealous censorship
>people who own a WiiU
Sales figures will show how much these 5 groups (don't) overlap.

I might get this game so I can feature it in my "Museum of Media Censorship in the Early 21st Century" that I plan on opening about 40 years from now.

left looks better to be quite honest with you familia

Yes, because I want a Wii U JRPG and it's pretty much the last big Wii U game coming out for 11 months.

don't care that much about the "censorship." Makes no difference to me if a bikini got removed from a 10 second cutscene.

You dont think that...but NoA does.....

me too, what game should i get?

Kirby Robobot
