Reindhart has his shield, but if he wants to be a threat he must drop it and rush into enemy lines, where he can melt easily. Zarya instead can keep herself with the main group at all times.

It doesn't take much coordination to pop a shield on someone charging the enemy. Her ulti could use a coordinated attack, but she can also shoot grenades herself and the trap effect can give your team time. Or she can just wait for someone to yell IT'S HIGH NOON or YOU'RE IN MY SIGHTS.

I saw like 2 in the entire 15 hours I played, but actually playing her she's really fucking useful.
Only real problem I have is her laser feels a bit weedy. Like almost all the other weapons in the game give a lot of audio feedback but the laser is barely noticeable.
