Wish I could remember what it was called.

Deadly Premonition?

>game implies to have a couple of endings
>turns out there was only one

Pretty funny

Obscure 2. Actually really good game, but on the surface it looks like someone tried to make a teen slasher movie game, although maybe that appearance is part of what makes the whole thing work.

>every segment of the game ends with credits
>you think the game has ended, but after the credits and ending, Chapter 2 begins
>chapter 2 never actually ends or resolves anything
>no chapter 3

>First games in a series have multiple endings
>Final game in a series has only one ending

>band has 2 drummers

Wonderful 101

>Game has 10 endings
>None of them are canon because of the 11th ending.

Ow the Edge

>game has 3 "endings"
are you still angry Sup Forums?

Okami

I liked the first obscure more, since you would stick with your guy and grow fond of him instead of watching him die horribly after playing with him a bit. Obscure 2 was so depressing, I played it with my brother and his obscure 1 character was killed off before the game started.
Hope the devs make Obscure 3, but I think the Final Exam spin off didn't do very good.

star ocean?

...

>ending has two games

>weapon has TWO cyclones

>The bad ending is the true ending.

Tales of Vesperia

>bad ending destroys further playthroughs irreversibly
Why did Toby decide it was a good idea?

>games endings are picked right at the end with a single choice

Halflife
