I think Big Rigs is probably the fastest in terms of numerically how fast you can go some metric, but it doesn't capture the feel of FAST like Ballistics does.

The rubber banding ruined the game. It didn't matter how big of a lead you gained, the cpu always caught up. Also if they got ahead, it was pretty much impossible to catch up

I just think it's funny how Big Rigs is probably the fastest you can move in a published game thanks to how awful the coding is.
You can also thank that coding for the lack of music, actually. If you look into the game data, you can actually find that they made music for the game, and the tracks are actually really fucking solid.

Morrowind. Did that thing where you can make something that's supposed to give you temporary Stat boost but makes it permanent and jacked my athletics or whatever it was called that affected your movement speed way up. Ended up launching myself off a hill and hit a cliff fast enough to kill myself.
