Wut, all I've been doing is transforming to underwear mode and then spam the strong special attack. I'm almost done with the available character missions, just missing that last school. Then I'll get to the actual story mode.
The problem I have is that the boss fights have voiced dialogue but it's cut short if you beat the enemy. And if you take too long you get a shit ranking. So you have to play everything twice if you care about character interactions.

I'm getting 60FPS on this. There are some occasional drops, usually when a character does a special attack, but its brief and infrequent. Playing multiplayer can make the framerate drop as low as 35FPS though. Its perfectly playable generally in the end.

That's part of the game itself. Its intentional. Its also incredibly easy to remove via the game files, although there aren't any nipples under there anyways.

You'll need to be more specific. I didn't play the original version of the game, so I don't know what the touch-screen features were. You can control the camera and attack with the mouse and can navigate the menus with the mouse.

I've been mostly playing with a controller though; I've found the game plays better that way, generally.
