The way he holds himself gives it away, with his shotguns pointed forward at all times.
I won't say it's as quick to notice or as brilliantly designed, but you can tell who exactly you're looking at despite whatever skin they have on just from how each character holds themselves. That's if they're not an obviously unique body shape, such as D.Va, Reinhardt, Tobjorne, Roadhog, Zenyatta, Winston, and Bastion.

My biggest problem is that it shows his face. What's the point of having an ~edgy mysterious character~ if you just get rid of all the tryhard mystique at release? Paco there does not fit the character or the voice he has currently. Really spoils it. Could have been a cool meta plot reveal at the very least.
