in both worlds OM is stronger.

Soldier is better in all ways except his ultimate. Mike's has more use, tactical visor is only good for hitting things like Tracer and for the reload bonus.

I'd argue the exact opposite. Mike's grenades are much more damaging and their blast radius is larger than 76's helix rockets. His assault rifle is also better due to the fact that it comes with half a mag of the higher damage tactical rounds out the box, and he can choose to either load it with disruption rounds (admittedly of limited usefulness against 76 due to no shields) or make the whole mag consist of tactical rounds.

Nanite field vs stealth field is a much closer battle, though. There's no denying that area healing is a huge team asset, but near complete invisibility is nothing to scoff at either. Would have to give this one to 76, though.

The chatter is much less sparse in-game than what the quote videos might lead you to believe. (And also togglable)

Kleese if he specs into his "Crazy Old Man" skills.

He calls down a device that generates a black hole inside it, allows it to pull in everything nearby and then contains it.

In terms of power, it's moderately damaging (in BB terms, with the damage values it has, it would kill all but the most tankiest characters in OW).

Ironically Ulting Winston is probably the tankiest thing in OW, so he could probably withstand the damage and once Kleese's abilities are on CD he's mildly screwed.

Kleese is absolutely fucked. The tesla gun will deal damage to both him and the rifts he has set up, meaning that he won't have his greatest asset which is setting up a nest to keep his shields topped.

Does the tesla gun outdamage his taser, though?

Winston wins hands down faggot. His telsa gun will fry everything at once while shocking the doc. On top of winstons monstrous mobility with his raw physical strength and jet pack that old man has no chance.

How much health does kleese have?

He's got more health than tanks in Overwatch, but that's because BB has higher health pools in general. His health is low in BB terms.

I don't have exact numbers, but I do believe he has 600+ health, and that's before bonuses from gear.

That shit doesn't apply in a death battle. Also WInston can have more health then him and he can kill Roadhog just fine who has 600 hp too. Winstons gun does 56 damage pre second it would about 5 seconds for him to roast dat ass

Oh, and a larger shield on top of that health, making his effective health situated somewhere between 1200 and 1400

Toby has the upper hand. His shield would protect him from D.Va's shots while he could hammer her with his incredibly damaging railgun. D.Va could absorb a few of those shots with the matrix, but as Toby doesn't need to reload, that's hardly an issue for him.
