Seems to be a disk image made in Nero, dunno how to install that, but should be easy enough with Daemon Tools or smth like that. If you know how to play WC2 then you should have no difficulty whatsoever. I don't remember whether the game has a campaign/scenario mode, or it's just skirmish, but I doubt you will misunderstand anything.
