No expenses made with that money will ever raise suspicions by anyone or anything. I could potentially withdraw a million dollars in the shadiest neighborhood in front of 20 muggers, and they would completely ignore me.

Anyone who I choose to have the knowledge of the magical bank account would get a copy of the debit card in question, and can use them freely up until I decide they are not to know about it, or they decide to betray me in anyway.
