I played it when the patch was released for PSP, long before this release and I was confused why people were so hyped for it. It was fucking garbage.

Not worth it, the game is too short, the gameplay it's balls and the final boss is a joke.

Unless you're a FF fanboy like me, even then don't buy it.

Tarzan on Gameboy color is the worst game I ever owned.

I keep wanting to play it but I got to Blood Starved Beast and just quit. I only attempted the boss once, and decided that I didn't need this much of a pain in the ass in my life. Then I explored around another area just for the hell of it, and ended up triggering some event where I'd be fighting an NPC hunter who kept pushing my shit in along with that bitch with the plague mask, and every time he killed me I'd spawn at the same lamp, still fighting him.

I eventually beat the Hunter, but holy shit, I'm bad at Bloodborne. The game is just so damn fast when you're fighting bosses and Hunters, I can't keep up. I usually take a "slow and steady" approach to games, which just does not work here at all.

Great game though.

Aside from the get gud meme I'd recommend increasing vitality and farming up on antidotes. Bring Alfred with you if you need the help. I'll be honest took me three tries to get bloodstarved beast. The trick is to always dodge to the left when he attacks.

I had just never fought a boss in a game that was on my ass that hard. I had the cunt with a centimeter of health left and she killed me because I couldn't get half a second to pop antidote. I'd try to use the pillars to gtfo of the way and stall her, but as soon as I tried to use it, she'd hit me again. I just couldn't get away.

I'm sure I can do it, I was just "goddamn". I find the game to be easier than DaS or DeS in the actual areas, but the bosses eat me alive. Their health pools are so huge that I feel like I'm being punished for playing the way that the game seems to want me to play the rest of the time, so all the aggressive style goes out the window because I have to last so long against these fuckers.

Would've been nice if it went anywhere with its social commentary, but I'm not surprised it doesn't

Its so worth it to push through though. Especially in the DLC. The last two bosses in the DLC are absolutely incredible and beating them is my favourite thing I've ever done in gaming.

Man I must've put 1000 hours into the multiplayer by now. Rebuilding my week count in Remastered.

Although now it's mostly memers quickscoping with the Hunting Rifle and running around with the Crossbow. They also nerfed melee into the ground so trying to get a hit with the modded bat or machete can be a crapshoot. DLC and patches really sucked the joy out of it.

I emulated the PSP version but couldn't read nip. I'll probably pick it up when I get a PS4 sometime this year
