Though it's worth mentioning that KH is an old series. As such the interest in its characters is no longer as fresh as it once was. There are die hard fans, but that's it. Even stuff like Naruto no longer has the same pull (got replaced by Attack on Titan).

No. The only new cutscene we heard from KH 3 is Young Master Xehanort and Young Master Eraqus.

Well there was/is a lore reason for this. I think one of the older reasons stated from around KH1 is that Disney didn't like some things mixing with others or something like that. I can't remember if that was actually true or not.

KHInsider has all of them/various interview I believe except for maybe the Memorial one. I still haven't seen that one fully translated.

Sora does have personality. He has the kind, optimistic, and adventurous mix of a personality that makes him perfect for dealing with Disney characters.

The other characters with the exception of Riku? They don't work. They seriously got no chemistry with Disney.

Seeing Goofy talk to Sephiroth after his line was almost surreal, and I think that's a really big part of the charm when it comes to these games.
