So Sup Forums, what would you want out of a new Animal Crossing game?

So Sup Forums, what would you want out of a new Animal Crossing game?

>Multiple Layers of clothing
>More stories in houses
>Town you can share with other people and be able to play online with them at the same time

I want to hold hands with the animals

Can you explain that last one any better
Also, I hope they put in all those neat features from HHD

>the ability to use the GCN soundtrack
>replace the breakable rock gems with a grotto hidden behind your town's waterfall you have to swim into
>a toolbox so half your inventory isn't eaten up by tools
>Resetti is mandatory again because fuck your feelings
>GCN tier villager writing

10/10 would play forever

more interactivity with neighbors (more dialogue, actual conversation options, maybe be able to throw parties or have bbqs)
more interactive furnishings (a pretty house is great but if I can't do anything with it, what's the point)
new minigames that aren't slow and boring, maybe an arena for bug battles or become a fish or some shit
harsher and more interesting weather

>harsher weather

Ooh I like this. Fishing during a fierce thunderstorm would be super comfy.

Also, give players more incentive to play late at night. After everything closes there isn't really much to do in these games.

New Leaf 2

A town that you and up to 3 other people on your friend list live in. You can play on it by yourself and if the other person who lives there gets on, you'll be able to play simultaneously. It would be like a sort of co-op town. Only problem is that you'd need to be online at all times.

The ability to marry and impregnate the animals.

Better neighbours, more dialogue, more uniqueness, more depth and character to every one of them.

i literally would be happy with City Folk 2

How would you impregnate an animal when you aren't an animal

this!

Maybe higher a noctornal store clerk to watch the place while the normal clerks are asleep

not ssure what kind of animal would fit though

Well, raccoons are nocturnal

a bat obviously

Humans are animals.

>Better placement system of town hall projects
>Ability to protect roads and flower patches from visitors and neighbors moving in
>Designate where neighbors can move in so they don't fuck up your layout
>Shareable towns or hubs where you can just fuck around
>More customizable furniture, eg: can change the textures of pillows and covers on a bed separately
>More dialogue for neighbors

>Wii U is literally the perfect system for a new Animal Crossing with the gamepad for inventory
>will never ever happen
>not even a virtual console GCN port with gamepad inventory

Was Animal Crossing for the 'cube the best localization for a game ever?

No

After a taste of a portable AC, I never want to see it on a home console again. Just like with Monster Hunter.

100% agree

YOU FUCKING NEVER EVEN PLAY YOUR HANDHELD OUTSIDE YOU CHEEKY CUNT.

AND IF YOU DO YOU'RE AN AUTIST LOSER.

Open World Multiplayer

Multiple physically adjacent towns, that you can simply walk between.

Going to work with neighbors, uniqueness, biomes and especially world extension.

k-kekkon

Romance

I have always wanted to leave the village and explore open areas outside the gates in single player. Maybe you could meet crazy hobo animals out there.

More isabelle

>Haven't touched NL since June ofof last year
>Don't want to see the damage to my town since my disappearance
Punchy, if you're still there, I'm sorry. I really am.

Make it so you don't need to unlock buildings based on random villager interactions. I want my comfy Koban from the start.

...

Fuck yes, if you were to show it to the Treehouse now, they'd probably think it was too mean-spirited or some shit.

There is absolutely no way Isabelle won't be a significant character. She's far too popular for them to not pander to the fanboys.

>Nintendo of Japan were so impressed with the quality of the localization and added content that they localized the localized version back to Japan as a new version and added even more improvements

this.

I'd rather draw designs, use inventory, and room edit with a pen than a wii remote. I'd also rather view the comfy world in hd than low res pixel shit.

I wouldve bought it with every useless animal crossing amiibo aswell. Oh well nintendo.

So you want sauce or what?

Yes, please.

It's likely that they're going for a launch window/year one release on the NX to make sure it sells well after how badly the Wii U struggled. At least I hope this is the case.

conversation options
more text in general

How many days of unique dialogue would you consider "enough?" Thinking with a conversation for morning afternoon and night.

You should be able to play the game for a real life month and still have dialogue that you haven't seen

I know that may sound like an unrealistic expectation but if you don't shoot for anywhere close to it, you'll end up with the pitiful amount we've been given up til now

Did they fuck up the perspective, or is it Amazonabelle?

NL isn't nearly as harsh to you for going on vacation as the other ones.

Only a month? GCN had to have way more than that.

I've said it before and i'll say it again
Unlimited storage space
I'm sick and tired of running out all the time because i like hoarding non-rebuyable items
Also maybe a bit more things to do would be nice
After a while, the entire game just becomes stale and you fall into a routine

I agree. I shouldn't have had to resort to using those Museum rooms as extra storage.
