Before the Echo

Will do, thank you user.

I don't want to spend $100 for a guitar.

Will check

I like Beat Hazard. It's a top-down shmup where the visuals and enemy formations/numbers are based on the music.

It's in browser.

Pretty cool so far.

I own that too. It's wicked fun too.

Can you import music?

Riff Racer is alright

What? Isn't that a VR game?

Nope. At least, I don't play it with VR. I don't if it can be played with vr.

Don't think so, pretty much every rythmn game is infested with weebshit.

I guess you could donwload Dolphin and emulate Guitar Hero, vanilla and all the custom made songs should give you plenty of playtime.

Lunatic Rave 2
Stepmania

>audiosurf

Boring crap, could never get into it.

I like Rocksmith though.

Oh sorry, I read "riff racer" as "rift race"

I remember having this a while ago when I went through a band phase, never could figure it out. Wasn't sure if my computer was supposed to act as an amp or if I could use my own so I eventually gave up on it.

Beat Hazard. It's a lot better than Audiosurf IMO

Came here to post this. I don't know if it really counts as a rythem game though.

>Wasn't sure if my computer was supposed to act as an amp or if I could use my own so I eventually gave up on it.

You can do both. You can listen to your guitar through your pc or split the signal to your amp to play without lag.

Also this, I bought audiosurf after enjoying Beat hazard and got burned.

I dont know if I would consider Lumines and Chime rhythm games both are on Steam but they never go on sale nowadays.

It counts as much as Audiosurf does, I think.

Phase Shift

Audiosurf is not a rhythm game.

Play DJMAX Trilogy.

It was ok but I hated having to switch my resolution to 900 or get a blue screen.

Symphony is pretty cool. It's similar to Beat Hazard in that it's a shmup with levels based on the music you load into it, but from playing both of them, the enemies in Symphony are more synchronized with the actual music so it feels more like a rhythm game.
