Use an XB1 controller, can't use codex inside batcave and RT is mapped to RB and sometimes LT. Overall, it was pretty decent. Definitely didn't want it to end. Then again, I didn't pay for it, so it's why I liked it.

There are some things that bug me though. For starters: Batman isn't fast paced enough and feels way too sluggish - just a poor reflection of Telltale's dated engine. Troy Baker, like seriously? Batman's stature, if that makes sense.

Penguin is your childhood friend and the main villain is the mayor. I don't think that qualifies as the same old shit.

It's still another "Batman starting out" story. With a twist. Playing it way too safe.

In some continuities Penguin was in some way friends with Bruce when he was a child or at the very least acquaintances.
Fucking damn never everyone is a villain in Batman games. anyone that isn't wearing a bat made suit or blood related to the bat crew.

I'm fucking flabbergasted at all the problems people are having. I know it's not just OP becausw Steam has hundreds of negative reviews with the same complaints of the game running like crap and crashing to the point of being unplayable.

I played through the whole episode flawlessly at 1440p with constant 60fps. No bugs whatsoever.

Crowdplay ruined this game. I dont like internet people control choices and up/down spam.

Knight had some flawed design decisions (like tank batmobile) but the game itself was polished as fuck and the combat and stealth were as good as ever, the map is the best in the series, too.

Boy this shit released without a whisper. I remember being happy when TWD S1 got all the recognition it deserved, but goddamn that was a mistake. TWD S1 was fantastic and TWAU was pretty goddamn good, but every other release from TT these past few years has been complete dogshit. Also excluding Tales From the Borderlands. I wasn't crazy about it (except the intro sequences and Scooter), but I know most people liked it.

Depends, Batman does it when he cannot get information out of someone or if he knows it won't be liability when getting them to spill the beans, in mainstream media it is perfectly demonstrated in Under the red hood when Jason breaks a criminal collarbone and sends him into shock, Batman reprimends him because he wanted to thoroughly interrogate the criminal and all of that got fucked up
