Suguri is one of the shittiest characters in the game because you have to consistently roll the same or better than your opponent or die. I'm simplifying things but basically it's like you have a 50% chance to die in any fight against a character who doesn't have -1 attack, and the chance that you live long enough to get anything done is way too low.

You will still hear from bad players who think she's good because of her hyper though. (Protip: It's also ridiculously RNG)
